The property and the lodge were gorgeous. Hosts were amazing! Very accommodating and made sure our stay went as smoothly as possible. Beautiful Home, secluded and private! Hot tub wonderful after a day of skiing. Tami is very kind and responsive. Great amenities and SO, SO Clean! We will be back, highly recommend-very close to WinterPark!

Everything We Wanted

We had such a wonderful time staying here. The house was just as described, with everything we needed for an enjoyable and carefree stay. The location was perfect for day hiking. Highly recommend!

Excellent Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great access to nature out your back door, and miles of forest roads to explore just across the creek! Don't trust your GPS to take you to the front door however.

A relaxing week!

This is a beautiful property. The home has lots of great architectural designs. It is nicely located in Grand County in a beautiful setting. We had a very relaxing time. We definitely recommend a stay here when you come to Colorado!

Secluded and Peaceful

Hurd Creek Cabin has it all! Wonderful views. Secluded but close to town. Abundant wildlife anywhere from the Bull Moose to Hummingbirds. Loved to hear the nearby creek too. Great time and great memories made

We very much enjoyed our stay and experience! Host was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. The upgraded oven and kitchen was perfect for making large meals. Silly things: There is a lot of taxidermy in the home, it wasn't an issue for the dogs or children in the home but it may be for others. Bedding in separate cabin was a pullout couch which lives up the reputation of a pull out couch. We had a couple bring a mattress topper and it was fine but we're glad we planned ahead for the bedding. All in all great space and great hosts!!

I’ll review the photos we have in the listing to make sure those are clear of these. I have not slept on the pull out couch in the cabin and haven’t had anyone comment on that in the past, we will see about getting a mattress topper for the cabin accommodations!
