A new tiny house on several private acres with a stocked pond perfect for fishing or picnic fun. Sit by the fire pit and roast marshmallows or play a round of horseshoes (country cornhole) or picnic by the pond when you're not enjoying hiking in the Cherokee National Forest or rafting on the Ocoee River! For gun enthusiasts there is a shooting range nearby along with several great restaurants and nightlife spots.
