The house was very clean and comfortable. Views were great! The drive up the mountain was not for the faint of heart but well worth it for the privacy and seclusion. Our family had a great time and we’d definitely go back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Thank you for staying with us at Antlers Ridge and for your kind words. The road to this beautiful cabin is certainly a bit unique, but as you mentioned, it’s well worth the drive once you arrive! We’re so glad you and your guests had a wonderful time, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon.
Honestly the best stay we’ve had anywhere in a long time! Great location, amazing view, close to just about everything you would need. The cabin itself was so nice and the bed were comfy! They also had fun games downstairs and if you just wanted to come and not leave to go anywhere you could because this place was absolutely incredible! THE ONLY thing I would suggest is bring extra towels if you don’t wanna wash. Between showers and the hot tub we ran out of towels

First, let me apologize for the delay in responding to your review. The week you posted your review we were not in the office due to snow and ice. However, I wanted to thank you for staying with us at Antlers Ridge. We appreciate your review and I have addressed your issues with the respective departments in an effort to rectify these problems. We hope you will come back to Blue Ridge in the future and stay with us. Once again, thank you.
Nice, clean cabin. Unfortunately, it rained everyday during our stay. The rain on the metal roof and falling egg corns did not let us have a good nights sleep. Kitchen could have more essential supplies; coffee filters, sugar and plastic wrap. Fireplace directions did not include checking the turn on valve. Thanks to the quick response of the rental company, it was turned on for us. It would be helpful to include the rugged road up to the cabin in the directions.

Thank you for staying with us at Antlers Ridge. We’re sorry the rain and acorns on the metal roof disrupted your rest. Being surrounded by nature is part of the mountain experience, but we understand how that can affect a peaceful night’s sleep. We also apologize for the other concerns you mentioned and hope you’ll give us another opportunity to host you again.

Great location. Close to town. Not very far up the mountain. Plenty of space for our family of 4. I didn’t realize the third bedroom was on the bottom floor which is where the pool table was. That bedroom had no windows and was very dark in there, so unfortunately for my husband and I our kids were to afraid to sleep down there by themselves(couldn’t really blame them, kinda scary for a kid to be down there by themselves.) So our oldest got the master on the top floor, and our youngest got the room on the second floor. Was a lovely property and cabin, just wish I had a better understanding of the layout of the house.
The cabin was very nice and clean and had easy access to downtown and shopping. The living room only offered 1 couch and 1 chair which was not enough for our family of 7 to sit together at the same time. The cabin needs candles or flashlights because a storm came through and knocked over a tree on the power line leaving us with no way to get out and no power for almost 24 hours. We had no water, our food went bad in the refrigerator and we had no updates on when the power would be restored. This is no fault of the rental company but definitely need to stock the cabin with some type of alternative lighting or better yet a generator.
