Mother’s Day get away

Alex made the check in easy. He is very accommodating and communicated promptly. There were upgrades that were appreciated from our stay last year, the deck was perfect to watch the sunrise! The pool is amazing and comfortable. The tweens/teens enjoyed having their own space downstairs , finding shells and sea glass and playing games. What a gorgeous spot with so much space. The couch is so comfortable you end up napping on it! You can’t go wrong with this getaway!

New Bedford Beach

The location of the house was great, right across from beach and walkable to a great brewery and ice cream. The VRBO listing did say they had beach chairs and a fire pit but when we arrived, they didn't have beach chairs and no fire pit. Some of the beds did not have sheets but after a call to the owner, he came over and took care of that. He was very prompt. The only other downside was that the kitchen set up was tough. Only 6 bar stools and no dining table so many had to sit on sofa to eat. It said it accommodated 8 people but didn't have enough silverware or place settings for that many. The owner was new and said he hadn't stayed there yet. He needs to have enough seating and dishes to serve 8. The owner was very considerate and prompt but he might check to be sure he has enough for 8 people staying there and update his amenities on VRBO.
