With AC, full kitchen, dining room, living room, two large bedrooms, two large bathrooms - wheelchair accessible shower in Master bathroom, washer/dryer, private patio, pool, hot tub, spa, tennis, exercise room, volleyball, BBQ grills, free WiFi, 3 mile bike path along ocean, FREE parking, etc etc.

This amazing garden/partial oceanview, 1200 square foot, ground floor, TWO-bedroom, TWO-bath condo is just steps from the pool and beach, this condominium provides the best location for island fun.

This condo has AC. PLEASE KEEP ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED WHEN OPERATING THE AC, and TURN OFF AC IN ROOMS NOT BEING USED. That helps us keep the room rates down.

Due to the wonderful Kauai trade winds, most of the time AC is not needed. Enjoy this Oceanfront condo with its refreshing ocean breezes. Ceiling fans in Kitchen/Living Room, and both Bedrooms for additional air circulation.

No stairs to climb, just exit the patio to the beach or stroll thru the beautifully manicure gardens. The pool, tennis courts, croquet court, barbecue/picnic areas, volleyball, fitness facility, shuffle board and the beach are just steps from the condo. Take a short walk through historic Kapa'a for great island shopping, food, and recreation.

First floor very spacious condo in well maintained complex, adjacent to bike/walking path along beautiful sandy oceanfront, bike rental in walking distance. Would stay here again, we hated to go.

Great location

This property was just ok, everything a little old. The location was fantastic, close to down town Kapaa. Walking trail right outside the door. Good for island exploration and close to the airport. Just remember the traffic is tough, use an audio book or great tunes. IT’s Hawaii relax, it all good.

We had a great time! Bryan was great and super communicative. The property is beautiful and had lots of games and sports equipment available- which would be great for families. The location is great, and the condo easily slept 4 of us. We had everything we needed here thank you!

The property was clean, the pool and hot tub were great additions after a long day, and the location was ideal for kicking around the island. Everything was clean, neat, and well-organized. There were beach items we could use, and that was a great bonus as well. Loved this property.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. We would suggest stocking a pair of scissors, a tea kettle, more inside chairs for dining - and maybe a couple of new frying pans

The condo is in an ideal location. It accommodated our large group. The however is that it jacked some basics like enough towels and towels for the pool. It did have good each gear - chairs, umbrella etc.

Great location. Nice size. 1 day they repaired siding on out unit and there was hammering for 4 hours. Also upstairs guests were very loud w little kids jumping. Pool and amenities were great. Kitchen well stocked. Great pool and beach supplies for use.

The Pono Kai property was convenient for grocery shopping, restaurants and the beach. The property grounds were nicely maintained and the pool and hot tub clean. The condo was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated having coolers and boogie boards to use.

Can't go wrong with Kapaa and Pono Kai

We love Kapaa and Pono Kai. They are the perfect central locations to base any activity on Kauai. This is our first stay at this particular property. The spacious rooms were great and the furniture comfortable. Having a washer and dryer is a huge plus!

Paradise getaway

A great setting on a beautiful Island. The walking path gives you walking access to shops, grocery stores, restaurants and sights. See the whales, seals and dolphins as you walk along the shore in 80 degree weather. Ready to go back again and read about the snow back home.

Paradise

Beautifully landscaped grounds and a great location made this property ideal for us. The pool, all the sports activities available on the grounds and the games provided in the condo made this the perfect place for our 8 year old granddaughter. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to fix most of our meals. We enjoyed the large size of each of the rooms in this condo and really appreciated the air conditioning and the full sized washer and dryer. We would stay here every year if we could financially do so.

We love Kauai and especially Kapaa and Pono Kai. Our kids love to come vacation here year after year. We always find something new on the island. There are truly 101 things to do!!! We have purchased and furnished THREE beautiful condos for rental and personal use.

What makes this property unique

The ocean and beach are just steps away. The grounds are meticulously manicured. The 5 mile biking/walking path goes in front of our condo and up and down the island for awesome morning and evening rides/walks. The condo is centrally located on the island (Kapaa) so driving time is minimized. Great restaurants and activities abound all over and we can mingle with the locals and not feel stampeded by tourists. Perfect Hawaiian experience.
