This two-bedroom condo is in the perfect location for enjoying the mountains and the beautiful town of Park City. It is steps (a staircase) to Main Street, Park City, the center of it all!

Park City is an adorable ski town, but even better in Spring, Summer and Fall. Stroll up the brook path for coffee at Atticus, dinner at one of the world class restaurants, a show at the Egyptian Theater, or immerse in artisan shopping.

Explore the mountains from the condo or use it as a home base for day/overnight trips to the surrounding Utah mountains and parks. The possibilities are endless.

A well-supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, and a wood-burning fire with a walk-out patio steps to the pool, make this condo easy and fun for couples, friends and families to be close to the action of Main Street, with the comfort of a quiet condo.

Take the short, free bus trip to Deer Valley Ski Resort or walk to Park City Mountain Resort Town Lift with your backpack, bike or skis. Easy access to the Town City Park (next door) and the Rail Trail for hiking and biking galore.

Coin laundry in the building is very close to condo. Easy parking. No wall-to-wall carpet. Cleaning fee included!

Outdoor pool and hot tub (double check is open).

Wonderful location close walk to town lift and right at the base of main street. All the restaurants, shops, and bars a quick walk. Unit was well equipped and clean. Communications with owner were easy and check in/check out seemless.

The perfect place to stay for Sundance. We were able to walk to several of the theatres and all of the restaurants and shops on Main Street. I would definitely book it again. It was comfortable and spacious.

Cute, centrally located condo. Had all of the basics of what we needed (though we didn’t use the kitchen). We were very comfortable for our weekend getaway. Only complaint is that the towels were a bit threadbare— but that was minor.

Well located at the entrance to Park City and walking distance to all the fun places. Nice having a pool and hot tub out the door. Enough kitchen tools to really prepare a meal. Only issue is the need to fix the drapes in the living room.

Fantastic family vacation

The manager of the condo, Phoebe, was very attentive and accommodating. The condo was beautifully furnished and clean, with all the amenities our family needed for a week-long stay. The condo is perfectly situated near the pool, and it is only a short walk to restaurants and shops on Main Street. Fabulous!

Best ski trip ever

This condo was absolutely perfect. Across the street from the town lift, it felt like ski in/ski out. It was super clean, the host had left snacks and coffee for us, and my kids really enjoyed having a room w two twin beds instead of sharing a queen. The host was helpful and accessible when I had a question, and was very flexible about arrival and departure time.Couldn't have asked for more.

Property was as advertised. Phoebe was very responsive to questions before arrival, at check-in, and to make sure stay was great. Closest unit to outdoor hot tub and perfect location to enjoy 1 min walk to Main Street. Only down side was lack of snow for time of year did not allow skiing back to town lift- could either down load on town lift-VERY slow, or take shuttle from main base- shuttle system was great! Thanks Phoebe for a great stay!

Awesome Park City Place

Phoebe was such great host. She was quick to communicate and give us all the information we needed for our first time at Park City. The 2 bed 2 bath condo was in an amazing location spacious, clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the decor seemed like new. The only issue is that the coin laundry is located on the first floor of the building but there was a coin machine so we could get change and the parking lot is a little tight, if you have a big vehicle. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything you could hope for!

Wonderful 5 night stay, without a hitch. Everything as promised, host very very responsive to a couple of small details. Condo is stocked with many common needs spices etc, good cutlery, dishes, mugs, glasses, pots, pans - all you need. Very convenient first floor access to parking, pool/hottub, Main St, Town Lift, PC transit system. 3 TVs, each with nominal set of cable channels. All in all a great stay for our spring ski trip.

Perfection

Host was amazing. Unit is spacious with full kitchen. It was very clean! We had space to spread out. Open the door and walk straight out to the hot tub. It was also nice not to have to walk up a flight of stairs after a long day on the mountain. Literally a block away from Town Lift. The buses in PC are free and we’ve stayed at multiple locations around town, but we didn’t need to get on the bus at all which is also very nice. 100% recommend!!

We visited friends in Park City ten years ago and kept coming back, eventually getting this gem of a condo. We have had many ski/hiking/Sundance/holiday trips here. We now proudly call ourselves locals, having relocated here two years ago.

Why they chose this property

Realtor, Scott Kelley (highly recommend) convinced us that this walk-out was the way to go and he was right. Easily come and go with skis and bikes. Steps to the hot tub and pool after a day of skiing. Fun for all ages, my kids loved Java Cow and trolly as young ones and now as young adults enjoy the dining and cultural scene. The free bus allows everyone the freedom to do whatever they feel like- get to slopes, shopping, or take in a game at Spur.
