Welcome to my home! I hope you will fully enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place! Shopping stores, coffee shops, restaurants pubs and clubs are step away! Easy access to the public transportation, Sky train station 5 min walk from us. Secure underground parking is included as well as the gym. Yaletown which is famous with the largest selection of trendy patios and award-winning boutiques and the Historic Gastown are 5 min drive from my place!

Holiday Getaway

Communication was great and check-in process was very smooth. Great location & loved seeing the mountains from the windows. Fireplace was very easy to use!

Great apartment

The place was exactly as the listing describes it. Great location, easy access, friendly host. The main street (Granville) gets really loud at night with street performers, but all around a great place to stay.

Wonderful location and stay

The location is exactly as advertised. Clean, beautiful and the perfect place to stay on my business trip. I will book this again when I am in the city. Only hiccup was the check in process as the code wasn't working for me to get in and it was late at night. This was actually something that worried me when I booked but if you share that concern, know that the property manager dropped everything and drove to me to ensure I got in safely. Gym is quiet and well stocked. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience here! Great communication and they were very accommodating with checkout time which was appreciated. Very walkable location and the space is so aesthetically pleasing. Also free parking!!! Would stay here again :)

Wonderful penthouse property!

This property felt very metroplitan: modern furnishings, penthouse with city/mountain views right in the middle of city life. Enjoyed the stay. The property manager was helpful and responsive. Loved the stay.

Perfect location

Apartment was incredible!! Perfect location and easy to access. It is a little loud with sirens going off in the evening however it didn’t bother our sleep. Perfect spot to make yourself home for a few days and enjoy everything Vancouver has to offer

Wonderful Suite!

This is my new favourite suite in Vancouver... top floor of a very well secured building, extremely walkable area, amazing view and the most comfortable bed ... communication was excellent with Ben and his team. Already looking to book again in the New Year!

lovely apartment in the central area

Perfect location in the central Vancouver, - we received instructions in advance on how to get in, so were happy with that, although the code did not work, the response via whatsapp was instant and we got in successfully. The flat is very clean, well equipped, had lots of coffee provided (we really appreciated this) and even more - had shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom as well (nice gesture, and I am sure really appreciated by most people), would recommend in a heartbeat.

Great location if you like nightlife

Close to everything. Secure building, quiet occupants, nice place but weekend street noise is intense as the expansive view windows face the major nightlife street downtown. Recommend earplugs for your stay. Or join the party.

Great stay in Vancouver

Very nice condo in a great location. East check in with clear instructions provided. The condo was modern, spacious, and very clean. Really appreciated the additional half bath up in the loft bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we had everything we needed with the exception of plates and wine glasses (only 3 of each were provided, and it would have been nice to have 4). There was some street noise from below at night, but turning the fan on in the bedroom covered that so it was not a problem for us. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely gorgeous property and awesome location. Super comfy bed but we slept poorly bc of the street noise and the early start of construction in the building. Still 10/10 thank you.

Birds eye of New years eve at its finest

My daughter and I came to visit so we could go to the new years symphony. We stayed at the perfect spot surrounded with resturants and entertainment all around us. New years eve the people on the streets gifted us with what felt like our very own firework show. The host was able to get back to me promptly anytime I reached out to them. The place was beautiful and welcoming. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Great location! Able to walk to wherever we needed which was so convenient. Was skeptical when reading previous reviews about there being ongoing construction, which is now clearly over as we didn’t hear a thing. The check in process was a bit odd as we had a bunch of separate emails reminding us of the stay and the check in process, saying that we needed an access code for the keys/fob which we didn’t receive via email. We called Julia (property manager) and she was able to sort that out for us quickly. Would recommend calling the property manager beforehand to confirm the code (if you are a planner like me and want to know all of the details beforehand). Overall, great stay and would look at rebooking for next time.

Perfect Getaway

We had a nice stay in this downtown penthouse suite. It was very nice and clean, kitchen well stocked, comfortable bed, and the view was amazing! Our host was very nice, she was quick to respond to our questions and made sure we had what we needed. FYI: the sun rises around 5:30am in the summer, so you will get early sunlight coming in. There was some construction going on in a building below us, but it wasn't distracting or too noisy. The location is great if you don't mind the city night life noise. We took a sound machine so it didnt bother us at all. Everything is pretty much walking distance, but you may want to take an Uber if going to Stanley Park, Cruise Harbor, or Queen Elizabeth's Garden. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the suite, it was perfect for us, and we loved exploring Vancouver.

Property was fantastic, clean and cute. Not sure how TV works, internet fairly slow, instructions for heat / a/c would be nice. The communication seemed good initially.. As the owner was sending automated emails and not receiving my communications through Expedia on several attempts trying to inform I needed direct communication through email as the VRBO to Expedia doesn't work at all.. Panic was at all time high upon arrival and still no communication to my email.. Please address or figure out a way to properly communicate.

Great location in downtown Vancouver

Very accurate in description and pictures. The location could not have been better for people who like to walk and tour all that Vancouver has to offer. A 40 minute walk to the middle of Stanley Park and only 30 minutes walk to Granville Island. 2 streets over from some great restaurants near the Yaletown district along with plenty of little grocery markets to pick up the necessities for cooking breakfast witu the gas range. Only reason I rated this as 4 instead of 5 star was the noise level in the area/condo. a part of the window is left fully open due to a window air conditioner for the summer but allows for all noise to come in when the air conditioner is not installed. This unfortunately allowed for a lot of sirens and music to be heard throughout the night and made it difficult to relax. After discussion with the owner, the informed us it will be resolved for the future but just something to keep in mind as it was quite disruptive during the night. Overall I would highly recommend this condo for people who like to be out and about on their feet to take in all that downtown Vancouver and the surrounding area have to offer!
