1/2 house = The home is a Two Story. From front you only see top story, around back it is clearly two stories.... I live in the renovated basement. I have my own entry thus you would be totally private. Nothing is shared. I have my own kitchen, bathroom etc. The only downside is the laundry is in my section. No Garage use. I maintain walkways/driveway snow removal and salt for ice prevention.
Sleeps 5 1st BR: Queen Electric Tempur-Pedic Bed, HD SMART TV, dresser, closet, Alarm Clock, Ceiling Fan. 2nd BR - Queen Sleep Number Bed, HD Local TV, Phone, dresser, closet, Alarm Clock, Ceiling Fan. 3rd BR - FULL Electric Sleep Comfort Bed, HD Local TV, desk, closet
Full Bath - With Tub/Shower combo Full Kitchen - Gas Range, Microwave, Full refrigerator, Dining Area
Safe for you, kids and pets…24/7/365 outside video security / I live in lower level. Backyard access / campfire / BIG yard for pets/ kids.
Safe in Niles, MI, 1.5 miles from downtown Niles. just 12 miles from Notre Dame… something like 4 turns from Driveway to ND.
Re: Pets & ESA’s I will allow pets if you can convince me you can control your animal. My last three renters “pets” pee and shit on my carpet. Two Dogs Barked at everything for hours non-stop all night, another bit the renters family child. If you CAN NOT CONTROL your animal DO NOT BRING IT! Or you will need an ESA.
NOTE: AC Unit struggles to get temps below 76f during really hot days. I ask your patience on temps during heat of day and to use common sense on the AC thermostat. A setting of 74f can force AC Unit to run indefinitely, AC Units work best when they run intermittent (on/off).

Came for a Notre Dame football weekend and we were very pleased. 20 or so minutes from the stadium. Quiet neighborhood very clean house, comfortable and accommodating. Our host Jeff was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful and easy going. Will book here again.
We enjoyed our stay. I was impressed with the cleanliness, attention to detail, and generous hospitality. We will be back when we are in the area again.

Just found Vrbo replies to feedback - thank You Carol.
We enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean and comfy. The house was very well stocked with towels, shampoo and anything else you might have forgotten at home. The host was so friendly and welcoming.
We were very comfortable with lots of space and all the supplies we needed were available. We were not able to find a kettle which would have been a helpful item to have. It was a little warm in the house at times but overall it was a great place to stay and we would recommend it to others.

it was quiet and it fit the needs of my teenager autistic boy. Nice relaxing neighborhood ideal for walking and great internet service. We were very satisfied and wish Jeff many more guests #GoIrish
We found Jeff's property 3 minutes away from our family reunion location. His home was comfortable and accommodating for our needs. We were able to enjoy our family's reunion and then come back to his property for a good nights sleep and have coffee in the morning to get the next day started. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Jeff.
