This one bedroom home with a 2nd lofted bedroom has an open concept living area with vaulted ceilings that you'll love! Curl up on the comfortable couch to relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace to watch the snowfall outside!

This is the perfect base for enjoying all that Northern Arizona has to offer! You'll love the proximity to downtown Flagstaff, the ease of access to I-40, and the quiet family nature of the Country Club!

This 1 bedroom with an additional lofted bedroom comfortably sleeps 4 guests. The full bathroom and primary bedroom with a queen sized bed are on the main level of the home. The primary bedroom has access to the full bathroom through a private door.
A half flight of stairs will take you up to the living area with full kitchen and a desk perfectly set up as a "work from home" station complete with dual monitors and a printer! The fully stocked kitchen opens up into the dining room with a breakfast bar!
From the living room, another half flight of stairs takes you into the lofted bedroom with a full sized bed and a half bathroom.

For stays of 7 days or longer, this condo is part of the Continental Country Club that offers golf, tennis, pool access, fitness center and the Bear Paw Recreational Center. Country Club amenities are available at an additional cost for stays of 7 days or longer.

This home is perfect for a couples getaway or a family with children. The lofted bedroom is not completely closed off from the living areas as shown in photos. This home includes full kitchen & dining area, WiFi, washer/dryer & private deck with BBQ off the living room. You'll love watching the deer visit every morning and evening!

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay.

Flagstaff for a week with my Sister-Cousin!

Loved the condo and the openness of the kitchen and living area! The Master Bedroom is huge! It was wonderful to have the deck to sit out with a cup of coffee in the morning. It felt very private. It was a great location for our needs.

Perfect

This home was perfect for my vacation to northern Arizona with my two teenagers. It was the perfect amount of space and perfect central location to all area attractions. It was exactly as expected. Property management was responsive and helpful. Could not have had a more comfortable home away from home. I highly recommend!!!

Wonderful location, communicative owners.

Me and my two children had a wonderful time renting this townhome for Christmas. It was in a great and convenient location. It was as described. The beds are extremely comfortable. It was well-stocked for our needs. I loved that we could bring our two little dogs. That made our Christmas so much better. I would return. There were only a few inconveniences. Upon arrival there was a very strong odor. It felt like it was trying to mask another odor and with children with sensory issues it was uncomfortable we aired it out a lot a cane. Maybe a cleaning solution, I’d recommend something odorless next time. There was no ice maker and we couldn’t get the ice out of the bags. The hot water ran out after 1 bath, but we’re spoiled in the valley so I understand. We didn’t have a broom, took a few days to get one. Wonderful- The floor plan with the different levels, master on ground floor, living room on main floor and loft up top was fun for the kids and provided quiet separate time. The half bath upstairs was PERFECT! The owner was extremely fast to respond. Very thoughtful They helped us find cleaning help at short notice. So nice of them! Thank you!
