The open-concept great room invites you to relax in a spacious living area with a queen pull-out sofa, perfect for additional guests. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

"This house is awesome! Very private master suite, and a second bedroom with dedicated bathroom along with a third bedroom and hallway bathroom. Big living room/kitchen, downstairs is great to hang out and the pool is great! The dock is awesome, can fit 40' plus boats on the t-head and another 35' at least on the seawall. Very protected. Will stay again, thank you!"
