This beautiful condo has everything you need for a fun, relaxing beach getaway. Walk (or ride) to the beach or to several fabulous restaurants nearby. There are three bikes and a beach wagon with lots of supplies in the garage. Enjoy coffee on the deck while listening to birds in the trees. Tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home including new high impact windows, new matresses and even a brand new refrigerator.

Beach trip

The owners are very thoughtful in all the things they supply. We had everything we needed and more. It’s a good location for biking to Holmes beach. Only 4 minutes on a bike. Close to lots of restaurants! The condo was good enough for us, but we aren’t fancy! The only thing you should know if you want privacy is that they do not have locks on the bathroom or bedroom doors, so parents beware!

Three are a short walk to Beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, and one is directly on the beach, with many great restaurants and attractions nearby all condos. LBK and AMI are very special places. We stay every weekend and walk the beaches daily (when a property is available, our home is 1 hour north in the Tampa area). We hope you have an opportunity to experience these amazing white sand beaches and enjoy the beauty, serenity, and fun of this special part of Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast. As hosts, we are very attentive and available at any time to assist with anything if needed.
