Our stay was great. Jenny & Kenny have a comfortable property. It is stocked with all of the essentials, which was nice. The home is pet friendly, which we appreciated very much. The pool was wonderful and the items to utilize for the beach were awesome and saved us from having to bring chairs with us. Our stay was very comfortable and accommodating for our needs.

Wonder house and neighborhood

We enjoyed out stay. Fresh towels and beach chairs available. Kitchen has all basic necessities. The pool could use some lounge chairs. Great beaches really close, need to drive to them.

Great home with plenty of doace

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! 4 adults, 4 teenagers. Pool was heated which was a bonus with the chilly temps. Nice to have the beach wagon and beach chairs. Close to many public beaches; 10-30 minutes depending on traffic. Nice neighborhood for walking. Enjoyed fishing just a short walk away. Extremely clean and easy to communicate when we had questions. Thank you for having us!!

Wonderful experience

This house was perfect for our family ! The house was well equipped, plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 teens. We enjoyed the pool daily . Another plus to the location is that we were close enough to multiple beaches that we chose to visit a different beach every day of our trip! So fun. The owners were very responsive and made check in and out very easy. We would stay here again in a heart beat. One of the best houses we have stayed in through our many VRBO bookings. Looking forward to visiting Bradenton again and when we do we will hope to rent this home again. Thanks for the memories

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time at the Oasis pool home. She shared the home with another family. This was our first VRBO rental and it was very smooth. The hosts were very good at communicating with us. The house was very clean and well stocked. We loved having the wagon and beach toys to bring with us on our beach day! The umbrellas provided much needed shade. The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, we took daily walks around the area. Thank you.

Wonderful Location

Overall very enjoyable stay: location was perfect! Pool needed a good shock/cleaning as there was a bit of algae (nothing that kept us out). There was a bit of a cat odor when it got really humid from the rain but when dry no problem. House had many cooking supplies though I would suggest getting a griddle maybe or a larger fry plan as scrambled eggs and grilled cheese are hard with two small ones for a big group. Appreciated having plenty of paper products/detergent/soap.

Met all our expectations!

Perfect home for family gathering. Big plus being a ranch with small children. Plenty of room to gather.All the paper, cleaning supplies and even basic toiletries you need. The pool was great and again they supplied all the pool and beach necessities plus a wagon to tote it all. The owners Jenny and Kenny were very attentitive and easy to contact. The property manager less so. The location is nice and convenient to go to Anna Marie Island and Bradenton Beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. Although the home is close to Palma Sola Bay it is not accessible unless you take a 15 minute walk to Rose Park (small park with a pier). We thoroughly enjoyed are stay.

Clean property, wonderful pool, convenient location, would stay again.

The house has recently been rehabilitated to make it like new and configure it for vacation rentals. The management was extremely responsive to any questions or requests we had. They always responded to us within the hour. We paid to have the pool heated while we were there, providing a perfect activity for our grandchildren during their visit. At 85 degrees, the kids enjoyed the water from first thing in the morning to the last thing at night. I was so pleased that the management allowed us to bring our 7 pound Dachshund dog. She is part of our family and got along very well there. I would certainly return again for a month or more the next time this house is available when we come down in the winter.

While the property was very nice in a cosmetic way, very few of the appliances worked well. We had continuous issues with the clothes washer, refrigerator (water and ice did not work in the door), and the stove/oven display was not working properly, making it difficult to make out the temperature. The pool was nice, but there was very little deck space to lounge beside it. We were given access to use the garage to store our fishing items, but the first day we opened the door, it almost feel apart due to rot. The bottom panel almost fell off. They did replace ithe door while we were there, but left behind a lot of garbage and made it so the interior of the garage wasn't usable. Again, I had to call someone out to get rid of the trash and move things around in the garage. I have rented many properties over the years and can honestly say I've never spent so much time with an owner trying to get stuff fixed or trouble shooting problems as I did while staying at this property.

We did try to replace the garage door as soon as possible (please keep in mind that we don't usually extend garage access to guests, but we'd made an exception especially for you), and we sent out our local staff to immediately address any issues you'd had with the appliances, be it due to user error or not. We always aim to provide our guests with the best experience possible, and we always strive to improve our home for all our guests.
