Gorgeous outdoor sitting area with a lakefront view.
You can park two cars inside your garage and another two outside. Tennis courts, community room, guest parking, and extra features abound. ~The Sabal Harbour oversized Community Pool is super pretty and new This home is also equipped with WIFI, outside the front door security camera. Everything you need.
You will feel like a king or a queen in this house, professionally decorated.

0.5 miles walk to an oversize Community Pool.

Use ONLY the SECOND gate (houses, no code). Door unlocks with 5-4-3-2-1 only. To lock: pull door fully closed until it latches, then press the Kwikset button once.
Checkout is 10:00 AM sharp. Leave used towels in bathroom, wash or load dishwasher, take out trash, lock the door properly, and confirm you have all personal items.
Please take out all trash, set the A/C to 78°F, turn off lights, close doors and windows, lock the door properly, and if you enjoyed your stay we’d truly appreciate a 5-star review. Thank you!

My husband and I were well pleased with this very clean, well maintained property in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is well located for groceries and a few restaurants. Our preferred golf courses were easy drives away. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home! Love the layout. Exactly what we needed.

The home was exactly what I expected from the listing. Open floor plan, high ceilings, clean, safe neighborhood. Beds were extremely comfortable. About 30 minutes from many different beaches and activities which gave us a lot of options to explore the area.

A slice of paradise

This home was pristine and very welcoming. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe and secure. We particularly enjoyed the lanai, while watching the pond and enjoying early morning sunrises. The home was equipped with what you would need for a stay. The community pool and recreation center was a short walk. A great vacation I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The house was newly redecorate, everything very nice except the 1920 toilets. Also could have used a few more towels, both for the kitchen and bathrooms. All appliances worked well. Would rent again.

Lake house

House is very nicely decorated and very clean. had issues opening the lockbox, called the owner and they answered right away, they walked me through the process. House has most of what you need, we would’ve liked a full length mirror, can opener and BBQ tools for the nice BBQ they have on the lanai. Close to beaches, and the community pool was amazing, not too crowded. I would highly recommend stay at this property.

Extremely responsive! We needed another beach towel & mgmt ended bringing extras. We also had a funeral to go to & the owner personally dropped off an ironing board that we needed along with a bottle of wine. 🥰 We enjoyed Siesta Key Beach everyday & the pool was amazing. All the beds were amazing! I even took a picture of the Stearns & Foster mattress before we left bc we may end up getting one. Our teenagers raved over the comfortable beds as well. Great stay!

Nice and clean

Overall the house is nicely decorated and clean. House says its sleeps 10 but we couldn't figure out where and how 10 can sleep. We had to sleep 3 to a bed in one room and turn our final guest away because there was no where for her to sleep. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. Lights need to be fixed. If you turn on lights in one bedroom all the bedroom lights get turned on. It was really annoying. We had to use our phones to give ourselves light in order not to wake up the other guests. The king in the master bedroom was really comfortable. Wish there was a way to block the light though in the morning, too much light comes in.
