Why they chose this property

Our Mt. Gateway is perfectly placed just outside the hustle of DT and surrounding areas. We are close to everything with easy access to all things West side and DT Colorado Springs. Our neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and charming with walkable options to breweries, restaurants, and shopping. Our home is situated among trees, and close to the mountains, and we love working on our gardens to help create a special feel.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful 1950's duplex unit, with all of the amenities (and just enough whimsy) to make your stay comfortable. We have taken great care to provide a private space, both inside and outside for our guests to enjoy - including a back deck with a gas grill and fire pit. The unit is a duplex - attached to the front house - that we live in. Your entrance and unit is private, but we are available if you need anything during your stay.
