Quiet Cottage in Summer Village with Central Air close to the Ocean!

If you are looking for a quiet get away in a popular vacation destination, you have found it! Cottage 461 in Summer Village is in the back of the property away for hustle and bustle and traffic. It is close walking distance to the tennis courts, pickle ball courts, putting green and ball fields. Hop on the seasonal resort trolley to access the many pools, hot tub, fitness center, game room, playground, and bocce courts. This location is great for younger children that want a place to ride their bikes or for couples seeking more solitude. The owners also have two bikes with helmets at the cottage for your enjoyment.

The cottage is beautifully decorated with all of the comforts of home. It has tile flooring in the sunroom and kitchen, and hardwood floors throughout the rest of the cottage. Newly installed Central Air will quietly keep everything cool. Master bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a twin bunk over a full bed with a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your home cooked creations. There is also an outdoor grill if you prefer to cook outside. The living room is very comfortable with another flat screen TV. The bright sun room, which captures the morning sun, provides comfortable seating choices for relaxing as well as a sofa with queen pullout bed for additional sleeping options, and dining table with seating for the family.

The cottage and Summer Village are enough to give you a relaxing vacation to recharge your batteries. However, when you start exploring the Wells/Ogunquit area you will truly feel like you found paradise. Enjoy the beautiful beaches, many fabulous restaurants, amusement parks, theater, fishing, boating, quaint shops, etc. You will be ready to book your next vacation by the end of the week!

Linens and towels are not included with this rental. There is a rental service if you prefer not to bring your own. Beach towels are provided.

Great place!!

This place was great for our family! We absolutely loved it and will come again. I only put a 4 on location because we have small kids and wish we were a closer walk to the pool but seriously not a big deal. Overall this cottage and community is fantastic and we were very happy with our stay.

Perfect Fit

The cottage was perfect! Clean, very comfortable and a perfect amount of space for my family of four(2 adults and 2 large teen boys). We enjoyed all of the amenities and really appreciated the 2 bikes that were provided by the owner. Overall I’d rate this cottage as a perfect fit for my family!

Our quiet cottage stay was the best! The owner was a pleasure to deal with. The cottage is away from the hubbub and noise of town but close enough and centralized that we were able to get around Wells, Kennebunkport, and Ogunquit. The cottage was clean and had all the cookery we needed to grill and cook. The furniture and space was comfortable. There were even games and activities in the closet that our kids really enjoyed. We had a lovely time and hope to come back next year!

Southern Maine coastal region has so much to offer for outdoor activities. The Cottages at Summer Village are ideally located to access anything the area has to offer. Guests have plenty of options for staying in-Village, or within only minutes can access beaches, theaters, parks, shopping...so much!
