Friendship Style Cottage at Summer Village newly furnished with Central Air!


This sought-after Friendship style floor-plan of Cottage #210 in Summer Village gives privacy with bedrooms located on opposite sides of the cottage and has a roomy feel. Conveniently located in the middle of the property it is just a short walk to both the Family Pool and Playground area. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV, the second bedroom has bunk beds ~ full on the bottom and a twin on top. This cottage was updated with all new furniture in 2023. The bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the cottage has luxury vinyl plank floors. The sun room has a queen-size pull-out sofa, easy chair and large TV.

The cottage is fully stocked for home cooked meals with granite counter tops, dining table, wall mounted TV and loveseat, and there is an outside gas grill if you prefer to cook out. For your outside enjoyment there is a fenced in area with Adirondack chairs. If you would like to bring your bike, there is a bike rake for your convenience. It also offers central air conditioning which you will appreciate in the heat of the summer!

You can relax at the cottage and enjoy the many resort amenities. Walk, jog, or bike the 1.8-mile Summer Village Boulevard for your morning exercise. The resort trolley can take you to the back of the property where there are the tennis courts, four pickle ball courts, ball fields, and putting
green. You can also take the trolley to the front of the property to visit the pools, fitness center, game room, and there are two pickle ball courts there as well. Cottage is fully stocked for home cooked meals.

The cottage and Summer Village alone would make for a great vacation, but when you add to that the area this vacation will offer you everything you need to create great memories The Wells/Ogunquit area is well known for their beautiful beaches, many fabulous restaurants, amusement parks, theater, fishing, boating, quaint shops, etc. You won’t want this vacation to
end!

Linens and towels are not included with this rental. There is a rental service if you prefer not to
bring your own. Beach towels are provided.

Great cottage and the amenities in the community are wonderful. Our cottage had a nicer, bigger bathroom than other layouts. The layout of this cottage feels bigger in the main area with the kitchen as well. We stayed with our 4 and 2 year old and it was perfect for them. The 4 year old slept on the bunk bed and we were able to fit a pack and play in the room for the 2 year old. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly.

A Vacation Spot!

This cottage at Summer Village in Wells, ME was just perfect for my family of 4. The cottage is well maintained, updated, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the family pool daily, also clean and well maintained, and the location of this particular cottage was perfect in terms of accessing the different pools and other activity options. The entire complex was quiet and safe, and we enjoyed walking around and exploring the other amenities. If you’re not up for walking, the trolley is a nice option to get around. The check in/out process was super fast and easy, and Kathleen was well organized and communicative. We had a lovely week that went by way too quickly!!!

Summer Village, Wells Me July2024

We spent 1 week in a cottage at Summer Village in Wells, Me. We were very comfortable, there were 3 adults and plenty of room. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with dishes and silverware. The bathroom had a great shower and a washer and dryer. The closed in porch was my favorite room! summer Village was a great find! The grounds were lovely for walking or a morning run. The location was perfect so close to the beaches and Ogunquit. We will definitely consider this location again.
