This three story home has amazing views of the ocean and is a quick two minute walk to the beach. After a day of playing in the sun you can relax in the hot tub on the roof of the home. The views are incredible. There is plenty of room for gathering or finding your own space.

The host was incredible always getting back to me as soon as I had a question! The house was absolutely magical! We loved the hug DR table to fit us all and the amazing fire table to watch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean on the gorgeous rooftop deck was all the adults favorite time of the day!! And the house incredibly well stocked and then the toys for the kids to play with were incredible and gave us all ideas for Christmas! I cannot imagine needing anything else. Perfect lovely home my and my family!

Best property available on Coronado. Period.

Our large family (of 14) enjoyed the best vacation/get-together we have ever had at this property. Owners Gayle and Jed could not have been nicer, more attentive or more responsive to our every need. The home itself was spectacular, exceeding our wildest expectations. It had every convenience we could possibly need. All of it was top-of-the line, high-end, and plentiful -- more dishes, linens, glasses, silverware, appliances than we could possibly use or need, including enough for our catered dinner for 21. Its location, 1/2 blocks from the beach, was perfect. Only a 20-minute walk to the primary shopping area and restaurants on Coronado. Parking out front for us (in mid-March) was plentiful.

Spectacular!

If you think the photos of this home are great just wait until you walk in the door - your jaw will drop. Big, beautiful and literally a stone’s throw from the beach it’s the little things that make this property so special. Phone chargers on the night stands, drawers in the kitchen that have anything you could have forgotten and everything you need for the beach - including wagons to pull all your stuff. If you have the chance book it!

Location location location

This property was so much more than the listing describes. Every detail was though through. We had a party of 14 and there was so much room you hardly knew anyone else was in the house. The upper deck was amazing! We had one with limited mobility and the elevator made it possible for her to join in on all the activities. Parking can be tough out front and the alley driveway was tricky to get out of until we started backing into it, then it was easy going in and out. You just don’t need to drive, everything is an easy walk. The owners were very accessible and helpful.

Family Vacay

Our family of 12 stayed at this house during the month of March. The beach was just a short walk away and the kids hunted for sea shells, played soccer, and baseball there every day. The house was fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay. There was a nice game room upstairs and the adults enjoyed the rooftop hot tub that had the most amazing views of both the ocean and city lights. It was a quick drive across the bridge to Sea World and San Diego Zoo so we explored off of the island a few days. There is also a new waterpark with a Sesame Street theme. We will definitely be back to this beautiful home.

Incredible location, modern and spacious

This is a beautiful home with an incredible location. It is right off Ocean Blvd, close to the beach and a park, and Orange Ave is not far at all. We ran into very minor issues that need repair (faucets), had a problem with the elevator, but nothing that diminished the overall quality of the space and our stay. Communication with the owners was easy and prompt. The one suggestion I would make is adding some blinds to bedroom windows for those who like to sleep in dark rooms. Great home for a large family group!
