Entire first floor with private entrance located within walking distance to the 4wd accessible beach. This space has 800 Sqft. of living area with everything you need. Including two new beach cruiser bicycles to speed things along. A short drive to the amphitheater and the old city. Sunsets on the inter-coastal and sunrises at the beach all on the same street. Property features a hammock out back and many garden plants. Its very relaxing to sit out back and listen to the birds chirping in the mornings. The hurricane grill and salt water cowboys are all walking distance. Two new beach cruisers are provided. Enjoy all St. Augustine has to offer in this quiet, safe vacation home listed by experienced hosts.

This house is located in a very desirable neighborhood and our guests can walk to the beach. We provided bicycles and beach essentials. Its a short drive to the old city, but our area is peaceful and relaxing in comparison.
