Two downstairs bedrooms share hall full bathroom with a walk-in shower. One downstairs bedroom has a full size bed plus a twin bed and the other a full size bed. Smart TVs in living room and master allow you to relax to your favorite shows in the evenings. Full size laundry room.

A beautiful family vacation with our adult kids

We had the most wonderful time with our sons and their wives for a family vacation. It was our first as a “full family”. We loved our time and our stay!

Home Away From Home

Our vacay was amazing! The owner was quick to respond, and even let us know we could check in early. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s close to the beach (within walking distance), restaurants and has a shower outback to wash off all the sand. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Great location

Situated halfway between the beach and the bay it’s the best of both worlds. Cute, clean house fully stocked for your stay. We slept 6 adults comfortably in this 3BR 2 BA house. Easy in/out with an access code & no keys to worry about. Recommend!

Great Location

Stayed for a week with my family. Located close enough to everything to be convenient but also far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Check-in process was seamless and simple. Very safe neighborhood, had no question about safety. Within walking distance to the beach or if you have a car full like we did, multiple beach access areas with parking nearby. My step daughter had so much fun she left a thank you note on the counter! Would stay here again!

Lovely place right by the penasacol beach stip

My family and I had a great stay here over the weekend. The home is spacious and clean and perfectly situated for seeing the beach as well as the shopping/dining strip at pensacola beach. One minor thing is that the stair well going to the main bedroom is difficult for people with mobility issue or fear of heights. However the other two rooms are perfectly accessible. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our time in Pensacola but the listing for what we paid for was not fully accurate.. There were no bunk beds as listed but a full size in its place, which caused us to adjust our sleeping arrangements. There was also no Ms Pac-Man machine as stated and the only “games” they had were Dominos and a couple puzzles making it not as family-friendly as we had hoped. No desk in master either. The Pac-Man machine is ultimately what sold us on this listing over another we were considering to book due to Pac-Man being my wife’s FAVORITE game. If we would have known we honestly would have chosen the other place closer to the beach. The furniture/decorations are very minimal, does not give the “homey” feel you look for when booking a BnB over a hotel. The living room sits only 4 people and my wife was disappointed by the cooking utensils available. Bigger pans are needed to make it easier to cook for a family of 5. I will say the beach and boardwalk are not far which was nice but spending our hard earned money on our family vacation for a place to not be everything we thought we were getting was disappointing. The listing should have been updated an accurate to the pictures and descriptions, there was no communication about these changes. We arrived and found out ourselves. Respectfully, will not book here again. If you plan to book, ask questions.. you may love it but unfortunately we did not.

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately a previous tenant did damage to our unit including the bunk bed, Pac man machine and living room furniture. We will definitely update the listing.

Vacation

This was an amazing house to stay in. Just minutes away from the beach. The house was clean. There were chairs to sit in on the backporch area. Dish and cooking ware to cook and eat out of. (We messed up a pan by mistake) she was very understanding. The washer messed up and she had someone come out immediately and fix it. She is the most nicest and caring person to rent from. Communication with the host was amazing. Anything we needed she texted us back in a timely manner. I 1000% recommend renting this house.

Family Vacation

Family vacation for Blue Angels weekend. We enjoyed ourselves! Home is in great location. Walking distance to beach. Stairs to master are very steap. If you have knee problems etc.. I wouldn’t recommend that room. Yard needed maintenance and there was an opossum living under the stairs in back yard. Had a family emergency and had to leave early, unfortunately cut the trip short. Reached out to owner with no response back. The home is low on bath towels so I would bring extras. There are no drawers to use in two bedrooms to store your clothes.

Public beach access is a bit far to walk with a bunch of stuff for kids, but there is parking there and it is way less crowded than the main portion of the beach. Very family-friendly portion of the beach, easy access to everything, quiet, and very accommodating host. Overall a nice trip.
