Welcome to Skyline 138! Experience the fusion of old world charm and modern comfort in this top floor apartment, nestled in the heart of Portland`s downtown historic district. From a location that can`t be beaten, you`ll enjoy elegant hardwood floors and tasteful period details, with mid-century furnishings, modern amenities, and local art carefully curated. Despite being walkable to all the great restaurants & old port, we are located on a quiet street, near Chaval & Holy Donut to name a few.
THE SPACE: Skyline 138 boasts radiant heating and AC, galley kitchen complete with a gas range and stainless steel appliances, well appointed with plush leather couches and casper bedding, a large TV equipped with streaming services.
Whether it`s a family vacation, a friends` reunion, or a fabulous bachelorette weekend, Skyline 138 has you covered! With three spacious bedrooms plus two optional queen sized air mattresses, this stylish haven can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests across 1350sqft of penthouse living space. Stay connected with our lightning-fast 2G fiber Wi-Fi and work remotely in our cozy office space. Free laundry area on site.
INTERACTION: This home is lovingly and professionally managed by EVERROW PROPERTY. We respect our guests’ privacy and space, but our friendly, local team is available 24/7 to provide recommendations, answer questions, or respond in person should you need anything during your stay.
NEIGHBORHOOD: We are in the heart of downtown Portland in the historic arts district where you will be within walking distance of many great restaurants, scenic views and historic neighborhoods. Skyline 138 is a five-minute walk from the Western Prom, Portland Farmer`s Market, Portland Museum of Art, Several Music Venues, many acclaimed restaurants, and Maine Medical Center. Additionally, you will be a 15-minute walk from the Old Port.
TRAVEL: We are located in an area of downtown with free street parking. Spaces are generally abundant before 5pm. As it gets later, parking becomes more limited. Off street spaces can generally be made available for $25/night on a first come first serve basis.
SAFE ENJOYMENT: We ask all guests to please take responsibility for their safety during their stay and to please take appropriate precautions. While children are welcome, please note that the property has not been childproofed, and therefore may not be suitable for those requiring a fully child-safe environment.
Please no pets on the furniture. Do not leave any perishables out at the end of your stay. No smoking anywhere on the property. Please observe quiet hours from 10pm until 7am.
Guests with Children: While children are welcome in our home, please note that the property has not been childproofed. It may not be suitable for very young children or those requiring a child-safe environment. We ask parents to supervise their children closely and accept responsibility for their safety and wellbeing during their stay.
