The indoor/outdoor experience continues throughout with spacious covered and uncovered terrace areas, allowing for shaded and unshaded sitting and lounging areas as well as a beautiful new private pool with seating around it to enjoy the amazing sunsets with your family and friends. The Villa is very private and has an expansive back yard. It is located between the Four Season’s resort and the St. Regis hotel.

Professionally decorated the villa features a main living area complete with a 75” smart TV, dining table which will seat 8 and opens to both a front and back terrace for additional dining options. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a built in cappuccino machine has all you need for cooking a gourmet meal. The adjacent terrace features an 8 person Parota wood dining room table and a Viking grill. There is a ½ bath located off the living room area.

An upstairs master suite opens to the expansive terrace and is complete with a King bed, flat screen TV, and extra large bathroom with contains two separate vanity areas, a shower and tub, and large walk in closet. The suite also contains both a toilet and a Bidet.

Downstairs there is an air conditioned TV room complete with a queen sofa bed and separate refrigerator. Off of the TV room is an air conditioned 14’ by 11’ gym with polished concrete floors, a flat screen TV and mirrored walls. The gym is Equipped with an Cross trainer elliptical machine, a lifecycle, a Life fitness g4 multi purpose weight station, a multi use bench and a full rack of weights. Additionally there is a lulu lemon mirror located in the oversized master bath if you would like to take guided classes in a variety of fitness routines.

An additional master bedroom downstairs has a king bed, flat screen TV , a double shower, an outdoor tub, large walk in closets and opens to a private covered patio complete with a daybed and fan with views of the lush backyard landscaping.

Bedroom 3 contains two queen beds, a large walk in closet, and tub and shower and also opens to a private outside patio.
Bedroom 4/game room is a double sized bedroom and has two sets of bunk beds, a flat screen TV and a 8’ pool table which opens up to the backyard patio. Bedroom 4 also contains built in closets, and its own bathroom with shower.

All TV’s are smart TV’s and have US, Mexico and Canadian TV stations along with many sporting events and movies. Additionally, the villa is equipped with a VPN that will allow you to access American Netflix, Prime Video and Apple TV with your subscription.

There are two soft-board surfboards and 2 paddleboards available for your use and both golf carts are equipped with surf- board racks. There are also 4 pickleball paddles available for guest use.

Premium Punta Mita Membership (GOLF) includes access to Kupuri Beach Club, Pacifico Beach Club, Porta Fortuna (SUFI) Beach Club and the new El Surf Club at La Lancha. The membership also allows access to 2 GOLF COURSES, Gym, Tennis and Pickleball courts. (fees apply)

Rental includes daily housekeeping, and as part of that service. The housekeeper will prepare a delicious home cooked family style meal each day - breakfast or lunch - you just pay for the cost of the food! Also includes Premier Membership (GOLF), two - 4 Seat Golf carts and your personal concierge who will be in contact with you soon after you confirm your rental.

They will send you a welcome email outlining all details of the unit/area/services available. Form there you can discuss reservations, grocery shopping, transportation etc. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and ensure your vacation is excellent.

Please note, this Villa has the option of being rented together with the adjoining 4 bedroom Villa 22 for an 8 bedroom property which will sleep 22. Perfect for a large groups traveling together. Please ask for details if interested.

All guests will be required to sign a rental contract that will be emailed after your VRBO reservation is confirmed.

Guests will need to provide a scanned ID or photo that will be used to set up beach club access cards. They will also need to electronically sign access forms.

If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $4,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund. AMEX is not accepted for VRBO bookings.

All guests must sign a Vallarta Rentals rentals contract prior to check in.
