Let’s do sunset! Come enjoy our spectacular Hernando Beach gulf sunsets from our sunset nook. Bring your boat and explore the adventure coast. Plenty of space to relax and unwind by the saltwater pool in our peaceful and tropical backyard. Enjoy all that Hernando Beach and Weeki Wachee have to offer. Kayaking, boating, fishing, mermaids, manatees, dolphins, and so much more!

Interior - light, bright, and newly remodeled! Full kitchen, TV, Blu-Ray, Wireless Internet, and our sunset nook where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets Hernando Beach offers from the third floor.

Exterior - newly remodeled saltwater pool, pavers, gas grill, floating dock, kayaks, and bikes.

- Your privacy and safety are a top priority. There is a security camera at the front door facing Gulfview Drive.

- This home is located on the second story and bedrooms are located on a third story. Our property may not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility.

Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Rogers Park and Linda Pedersen Park; 10 minutes from the famous Weeki Wachee Springs State Park and Mermaids; less than 20 minutes from Pine Island; 40 minutes from the Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park; 45 minutes from the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks; 1 hour and 15 minutes from Busch Gardens; and 2 hours from Disney/Universal/Sea World.

Beautiful house, fabulous location with great amenities. We enjoyed kayaking in the canals and loved riding the bicycles to the local restaurants. We loved coming home the the pool every day. Katy was so easy to work with and quick to respond to any of our needs.

Property was clean and exactly as described. We were able to keep our boat at the dock, kids loved the pool and the location was perfect for scalloping and enjoying the springs.

Avesome house & host. Swim, bike & fish is what thebkids dolid and loved

Family had a great time. Home hadveverything we needed. Kids enjoyed the bikes, kayaks, swimming in the pool and fishing. They caught all together probably10 catfish. Hernando Beach Family Fun

Had a wonderful time! Host was so accommodating and easy. My husband and I have 2 grandchildren who liveIn Tampa and this home was just what we wanted to spend time with them. The pool is so nice-fishing on the dock fun!

The home is bright ,sunny , and beautifully decorated. Everything was spotless! The owner added a lot of little personal touches. We kayaked all the way to the gulf and saw dolphins along the way.

The house had everything we needed. Very accommodating and great communication with the hostess. We loved that the area isnt very touristy. They neighbors were very welcoming and gave us recommendations on restaurants. We absolutely loved the house and our stay!

Great Vacation

We just got back from staying at this fabulous house for the past 4 days! Katy was amazing. She texted when the house was ready and when we thought we needed to get there earlier than check in was able to accommodate us. She went above and beyond (even including trinkets for the kids at check in and some decorations since she knew we were there for my birthday). The house was exactly as pictured in the listing. It was clean and well-equipped. The pool and dock were great to relax in/by each day. The beds were quite comfy. The last night of our trip our daughter was sad our vacation was ending. The check out process was just as easy as the check-in. We plan to go back soon!

A lovely home centrally located to so many options

While Hernando Beach is not a urban area booming with shopping and restaurants, it is a very peaceful community with local flavor. Our hosts, stayed in communication during our visit to check on our needs and quickly answered any question we had. The home was ready on time and offered wonderful amenities like the kayaks and salt water pool. Hernando beach gave us a great point to begin our adventures each day from heading south to Anna Maria and Clearwater beach to north to Homasassa and Crystal River. If you happen to like Mermaids, Weeki Wachi is just a few miles away. We loved the laid back charm of the area while finding all our needs nearby.

Peace with nature

Our family stayed for a small getaway. We loved the house, the pool, and the work out equipment 😉 and, of course, all the fun staff this great area has to offer, starting from Weekie state park and local other local parks. The local restaurants are great! 😊 We also would love to thank the wonderful host!

Good location to area attractions. House well equipped. Would suggest a few blankets especially for pull out sofas & an iron/board. Was a little cool initially for pool & pool cleaner was in pool. Enjoyed ourselves. Thank you

We are born and raised Floridians and live right here in the small community of Hernando Beach. Originally from South Florida, we fell in love with the Hernando Beach area and all that it offers.

We wanted to share the uniqueness of the Hernando Beach community with others. We love the waterways, the flats, the Preserve, and more. We love the feeling of living in a completely secluded area, yet still have everything we need within a 10 minute drive.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This house is one of a kind! Nice open floor plan and an awesome pool. We fell in love with the sunset nook. A cute little loft area on the third floor that provides beautiful sunset views.
