The spectacular wraparound balcony, spanning more than 120 feet, offers unobstructed Gulf vistas and unforgettable sunsets—a front-row seat to nature’s daily masterpiece.

Inside, the Great Room impresses with soaring beamed ceilings, ambient coved LED lighting, and a sumptuous Italian leather sofa. A wall of sliding glass doors opens fully to the balcony, creating a seamless flow between interior elegance and the captivating outdoors, ensuring every moment is filled with light, air, and the unparalleled beauty of the Gulf.

The brand-new luxury kitchen showcases premium custom cabinetry, elegant quartzite countertops, and a beautifully designed bar counter with stylish bar stools. It is equipped with a full suite of high-end appliances, including a refrigerator with ice maker, cooktop, double oven, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, and espresso and coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essential dishes, glassware, and flatware, offering a complete, turnkey culinary experience.

Directly on the Gulf of America, this condo sits on a beach known as Sunset Beach. It is at the southern most end of Treasure Island, just West of St. Petersburg and North of St. Pete Beach. The complex is gated and private.

This is the perfect setting for any vacation or winter getaway!

The master bedroom has the same floor to ceiling western Gulf view and balcony access. Custom shutters can be closed for keeping out the daylight. Sleep in comfort on a king size, four post bed with luxury linens. The bed faces a custom made marble fireplace offering the ultimate in relaxation and romance. The fireplace is electric and can be set to offer just the ambiance of flames or extra heat if desired. Tucked behind a painting above the fireplace you will find a flat screen Smart TV. Just a click of a remote rolls up the painting to reveal your bedroom media center. Custom closets offer drawers and shelving for your belongings.
The master bath offers an extra roomy granite and glass shower. Shower has a view of the Gulf if you keep the bath door open! Two granite vanities and crystal sconces add to the elegance.

The 2nd bedroom has two twin Murphy beds that fold up into the wall for an open floor plan that extends into the living room. The bedroom is closed off with an accordion door custom made for sound barrier and complete privacy. Full length sliders in this bedroom lead out to the southern view of the Gulf and sandy beach of the end of the peninsula. The bedroom is converted to an open floor plan by day and private retreat by night. This design offers maximum space and view for a couple or family.
The 2nd bath features a deep Kohler tub, marble vanity, Kohler fixtures, and marble and mosaic tile.

This condo also features a den. The den has become the favorite quiet spot where our kids read or lounge. An in unit washer and dryer is also located in this room for your convenience.

The grounds offer a luxurious tropical setting. A gated community provides full time security. There are two covered parking spaces for your use during your stay accessed only with a gate code. On site accommodations include tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, heated swimming pool, game room with pool table, and ping pong. A boardwalk along the beach is ideal for early morning or peaceful sunset strolls when you aren't walking the beach collecting shells.

Spectacular views, beautiful beach, lovely home.

A beautiful home with quality finishes and plenty of space. The wrap around balcony was spectacular and was the perfect spot for watching sunsets over Sunset Beach. The beach itself was beautiful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time here. Driving up to the condo we knew it would be nice. The condo was very nice and well decorated. We loved the views from the wrap around balcony. Kitchen was very nice, we loved how open everything was. The girls loved the murphy beds. Living room was nice and the big screen tv was fun to watch movies. The master bedroom and bathroom was very nice and plenty of space. Laying in bed and listening to the waves is amazing. We did not know this from other reviews but the property has a weight room, library, meeting room, game room with ping pong, pool table and foosball. Has a heated pool and very easy access to the beach. Speaking of the beach, it was very nice. Loved the views and sand. We could see the bottom of the ocean which made finding shells fun. This was a great vacation. Loved spending Christmas and New Year's here. Thanks for having us. The Long's, Milton KY.

Spectacular view, we will not go back..

The view is spectacular, but the benefits end there. While the Owner says the the condo was renovated in 2010, it is obvious the Owner has not spent any money since that time on maintaining the property. Just few things worth noting: The dining chairs are black with ground in grime and wear and tear. I took pictures, which are disgusting. The balcony furniture is rusted and some of the arms are broken. Our flight from London was delayed, so when we arrived there was not a bar of shower soap or shower gel. At the end of our stay, I called the Property Manager to let her know we were leaving and suggested a bar or soap for guests who arrive after the stores close. She said quite curtly that they do not provide such items and it is not her fault that we arrived late. We were hoping to stay 3 weeks each year, but that is off the table.

Amazing condo on the beach

Mansions by the sea is a beautiful location right on sunset beach. The view out the window is amazing with a beautiful ocean front view. A wrap around deck is the best place to relax after a day on the beach. Great pool, beautiful surroundings, clean building and the condo has everything you can imagine. Thank you again for letting us stay at your beautiful place we really enjoyed ourselves

Gorgeous condo with amazing view!!! Best place we have ever stayed!

This condo is everything we had hoped it would be! This unit was beautifully decorated, and the balcony had amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. It was like a postcard ! These unbelievable views can be seen from everywhere inside the condo . We watched the sunset each evening from the privacy of the HUGE wrap around balcony ! When we arrived it was exceptionally clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay ..... Well-stocked kitchen, extra linens, beach chairs, towels, and umbrella! Owner was great to work with, check in was super easy. Can't wait to return !!!

Beach Front and Great Sunsets

Excellent location with 180 degree views of the gulf and amazing sunsets! We rented this condo from Courtney for 12 days over the Thanksgiving holiday as we have two kids in southern colleges and instead of flying them home to the cold weather we flew South. The condo is well kept with a great 180 degree views of the gulf from the 10th floor. It takes about 5 minutes to get from the condo to the beach (down the elevator and out the front door). Close access to a couple different grocery stores and many restaurants. The sunsets are amazing and we loved the floor to ceiling windows! We would definitely rent this condo again and are already planning a return trip next Thanksgiving!

Fantastic Place on Sunset Beach

The best place we've ever stayed in the St. Pete Beach area, hands down. And that's saying a lot because we've been vacationing here since I was a child. Very clean, well kept, very secure building, great pool, incredible views, great amenities inside and out...the list goes on and on. The owners were great to work with, we hope to come back next year.

We were very lucky to find this amazing condo! It was roomy enough that we did not feel like we were stepping on each other constantly. The home homeowners were super informative! They even rated the restaurants in the area. We must have similar tastes because they were right on with every place that we tried. We loved the board walk around the waterway. My three year old called it the Lizard Walk. The view was BREATHTAKING, the sunsets were the best I had ever seen! I thought that everything in the condo was top of the line, the bedding, towels, sound system, TV's. We had a tropical storm come when we were there, but we still were able to enjoy our stay watching movies with the home theater system, and 7 foot movie screen! This would be a great honeymoon spot or a family get away. The home was equipped to entertain larger groups if you had family or friends in the area. The condo building itself felt very secure and our family always felt safe. We loved the pool and my 16 year old son loved the weight room. Also, the home owners were very quick to take care of any concerns we might have had. (We had a leak because of the tropical storm, things were handled very professionally and very quickly.) I can't say enough to really express how amazing this condo was, wish we lived there year around!

Heaven on Sunset Beach

The owners could not have been nicer. I have been to this area many times in the past but have never felt so comfortable in a rental unit. It is like a second home. So close to shopping and dinning. The view is breath taking and the beach is well maintained. I will definitely come again if they have openings available.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the relaxing sound of the waves that literally 'rock' you to sleep. Just sitting inside of the condo you feel on vacation, the water and waves right out every window. The beach is at the end of a peninsula, so it feels more private much of the time. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and relaxing to walk through.
