This newly updated condo is ideally located in a wooded setting close to the Back 40 Trail and Blowing Springs Park. Offering the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring all the area has to offer. The unique layout of this condo makes it the perfect space to entertain any group.

The lower level is home to a lovely living area with a sectional and smart TV. You’ll also find a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar seating, plenty of space to cook together.

Step outside onto the balcony and relax in the deluxe hot tub overlooking the hills of Bella Vista. Dine alfresco at the patio dining area or gather around with the Adirondack chairs surrounding the firepit.

The garage is like no other. It offers a place to store bikes but also boasts a ping pong table and state-of-the-art gym equipment. With so many activities there is something for everyone.

Golf weekend with teenagers

Great location! Beautiful house. Very clean. Lots of space! Air mattresses were available. The house supplied bathroom necessities. Hot tub was easy to use. The fourth bedroom is located at the back of the house, but you have to enter it through an outside entrance down the stairs from the deck. Worked out well for the teenagers to have their own space and bathroom. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely try to get this house if we are in the area again!
