Living space

Large sliding doors fill the open living area with natural light throughout the day. There's plenty of seating for lounging, and the dining table seats four comfortably, making the space easy for both quiet mornings and shared meals with the people you're traveling with.

Kitchen & dining

The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer, along with cooking basics and dishes and silverware for preparing your own meals. A coffee maker and toaster round things out, so your mornings on the island start easy.

Sleeping arrangements

The king bedroom offers a comfortable place to rest after a day outdoors, with a washer and dryer tucked into the closet for convenience. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided throughout your stay.

Bathroom

The updated bathroom features a double vanity, a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, and a bathtub, along with a hair dryer and cleaning products on hand.

Outdoor space

A private patio off the villa is a great spot to unwind, keep bikes and beach gear close by, or simply relax after a morning at the beach.

This villa sits within Sea Pines, a 5,000-acre resort area home to the Harbour Town Links golf course and Hilton Head's candy-striped lighthouse. The 605-acre forest preserve is nearby for walking or horseback riding, and the marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town offer access to dolphin cruises, fishing trips, and kayaking. Sea Pines also offers natural beaches, championship golf, tennis, and biking trails for those who want to explore beyond the villa.

This is a first-floor walk-up unit with a private entrance and self check-in via smart lock, making arrival simple. Wifi and a dedicated workspace are also available if you need to stay connected during your trip.

PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:



* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.

* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

* 1749 Bluff Villa is located in Building 5, 1st Floor, Stairwell A. Please note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas.

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
