Beautiful and Bright home, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. Sleeps 7

Our home on Spring Street is basically brand new. Has three large bedrooms upstairs with full bath. Also has half bathroom in first floor with open concept kitchen and living room. Large 65” TV and fireplace for those cool nights. Hardwood floors on the first floor. Central Air and fans in every room.
ONLY A TEN MINUTE WALK TO MOODY BEACH.

Perfect for families and friends. Situated in a desirable location that is east of route 1, in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle but yet close to everything. Walking distance to Moody Beach (0.5 miles) and Ogunquit North Beach (1 mile) or a short drive to Footbridge Beach Ogunquit and Crescent Beach Wells. 2 miles to Ogunquit downtown, 3.5 miles to Perkins Cove and 10 miles to Kennebunkport downtown. Heading out for dinner or taking a break from the beach? Take a five minute walk and hop on the trolley to Ogunquit Village, Wells Beach, or as far north as Kennebunk.

Driveway can accommodate 2 possibly 3 cars. THERE IS NO STREET PARKING

The house is very warm and inviting, it’s clean, spacious and bright. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch and in back yard relaxing. The house is in a quiet neighborhood which is perfect. The bedrooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. Everything is modern and up to date. The owner is very responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would definitely recommend this property as a vacation destination

Some good, some not so good

Positives: outdoor shower was nice, beds were comfy, easy to drive to Ogunquit Cons: advertised as being a ten minute walk to the beach but is actually a 20 minute walk with no sidewalks to a private beach that you can’t really use. Difficulty with owners charging for a grill fix that was already broken; we admitted we forgot to clean the grill). Received communication from owner that house was left a mess and cited sand in the bathtub and the counters not being wiped down. I am a type A mother of two and know how I left the house. A cleaning crew is an expectation of a Vrbo and I thought it was ungenerous to expect our family to thoroughly scrub and clean the kitchen and bathroom. The host was never rude and was kind about his disappointment , but our expectations didn’t align.

Beautiful home

Great location, clean comfortable home! Two recommendations: 1) had some issues with the grill that the owner will address but it would have been nice to have a little bigger grill. 2) a bigger skillet for cooking would have been nice. Highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful New Home a short walk from paradise.

This house was fantastic and totally renovated. All the amenities you would want and plenty of room for our family of 5. 10 minute walk to the beach and about a 15 minute walk to the larger beach. Central to everything we needed. The house was stocked with chairs and boogie boards. The outside shower was a bonus. Host was great and was super responsive. Thanks for sharing your home. We will be back.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We are thankful that we got to stay at this beautiful and immaculate home. It was perfect for our family summer vacation with our 3 adult children. The home location is great!! It is in a quiet neighborhood and we experienced no traffic getting to our favorite beaches-North and Moody beach. Our vacation week flew by and we were sad to leave. We are already hoping to return to this home next summer. Thank you for a great stay!!

Perfect Family Vacation

My wife, our three adult children and two of their friends spent a week at this beautiful home. It was clean, had plenty of room and the outside shower was a nice bonus!! It took me less than 20 minutes to walk to the beach, and the beach was fantastic!! Absolutely a perfect family vacation spot!!

We loved our stay! The house was modern, clean and had everything we needed. The owners were super communicative. We had plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home and location

We picked this house based on its proximity to North Beach in Ogunquit and while the weather didn’t lend itself to a perfect beach week we still had a 10/10 week staying here. The home is modern and clean with plenty of space for a family of 7 to enjoy each other. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly and we enjoyed our nightly walks exploring the area. The owners made us feel welcomed in their home and were extremely understanding and communicative. We can’t wait to return!
