Great location overlooking Kennebunkport Harbor with a dock to be used by condo owners/renters.

This first floor condo has spectacular views of the Kennebunkport Harbor. You can sit out and watch the sail boats sail by and enjoy your vacation. The condo is within walking distance to Dock Square and all the shops, restaurants and art galleries. It is less than a mile to Kennebunk sandy beaches.
Primary bedroom has a Queen size bed with its own full bath and the second bedroom has two singles. There is also a second bathroom with shower.
Private deck overlooking the harbor with Dock and gas grill available to guests.

Great place to enjoy all the Kennebunks have to offer.

The cozy condo in Kennebunk was clean and comfortable. It was a little tight for four adults but we knew that when we made the reservations. The kitchen was well equipped. The condo was close to everything so we were able to explore Kennebunk and Kennebunkport by foot. Chris is a great host and always responded quickly.

Really enjoyed our time in Kennebunk/Kennebunkport! Condo had everything we needed and location was perfect. We were able to walk to town or get around easily by car to many places to see along the beautiful coast and many other scenic areas. View out of the large windows and off our deck was like a picture, especially at sunrise.

It worked fine for us though not walkable for the age and physical condition of some of us. Property was clean; host was attentive to our questions. Kind of odd that floors are uneven!

We stayed here with my wife and two kids. The unit was right on the water as advertised. However, when we woke up, there were ants everywhere. My 4 year old daughter first saw them on her floor at 6am. We later found a huge infestation in the bathroom. We were only supposed to be there for two nights. We decided that having the property manager spray or sweep up the ants was not a sufficient fix for our mini vacation and sought another CLEAN hotel. We assumed the owner would be accommodating given the ant issue, but continues to be problematic. Stay here at your own risk.

Condo was perfect for our family. Setup inside was exactly what we needed and we really enjoyed the cute little deck. Chris was a fantastic host with great communication! Excellent location- loved being able to walk everywhere. We will be back!

Perfect Location

Perfect location mere steps from Dock Square shops! Beautiful view overlooking Kennebunk River! Condo is clean and cute, though a bit small. Quiet and peaceful. We would give it five stars easily if the bathrooms were updated with new tile grout, shower fixtures, etc. Everything else is in great shape and the appliances work well. Nice big fridge.

Great location in Kennebunkport

Overall had a great stay in Kennebunkport. Location of condo was excellent. Additionally beds were extremely comfortable. There were a few small maintenance issues that are more annoying than anything- the toilet in the master keeps running water unless the valve is jiggled and the doors to the bedrooms don’t close. My handy husband wanted to fix it but didn’t have tools available

So close to Five Stars

Perfect location and easy overall process. Only reasons I knocked off a star - no shovel for clearing the snow to the car, listing didn’t say kcups so we bought ground coffee we couldn’t use, and the toilet runs in one of the bathrooms when the opposite bathroom shower is running. Little things considering the overall experience.
