It's all about the view! The view from our vacation home (yes, we are the actual owners and not a management company) can't be beat! You have direct views of the Gulf and the beach from every single window, which is going to give you memories of your time in Fort Myers Beach that you will talk about forever.

Our non-smoking corner unit condo is perfectly located to show you beautiful sunsets year around. And, being on the eleventh floor gives you a bird's eye view that you just can't get from the lower floors.

Our home has been professionally decorated with a tropical theme, and the use of large wall mirrors brings the tranquil gulf views into all areas of the home. To release your inner chef, the updated kitchen is fully-equipped with appliances (including a dishwasher!). Our home accommodates 2-4 people on the king-sized bed and the queen-sized sleeper sofa (which is the most comfortable sleeper sofa we've ever seen). There is a 55 inch flat screen TV in the main room and a 43 inch flat screen TV in the bedroom. There is a sliding door that you can close between the bedroom and the main room for privacy, if needed. All linens are provided except for beach towels.

We realize that sometimes you have to be 'in touch', even on vacation. For this reason, we have high speed internet/WiFi in our home free for you to use. The condo complex also has WiFi available down in the lobby area, but many of the condos don't have it 'in the home'. Ours does!

The open air balcony/lanai invites you to relax as you watch the dolphins, many coastal birds, or fantastic sunsets or just listen to the rhythm of the waves. We are located on the tranquil South end of Fort Myers Beach on the World's Safest Beach; shallow waters with no undertow makes it great for swimming as well as shelling.

Enjoy the 10 acres of beautiful tropically landscaped common area which provides tennis/pickleball courts, a large climate-controlled heated pool, shuffle board, gas grills, as well as many sunning areas with lounge chairs; there is still room for kite flying on those ocean breezy days. Laundry is also provided on site for your convenience.

If you want to eat out, there are many great places to dine nearby. Other things very close include a bank, boutique and gift shops, a large drug store with many grocery staple items, post office, marina with boat rentals, an ice cream shop and more. The island trolley can be caught across the street to take you to the North end to 'the action' of Time Square or Bowditch Park for only a small charge. The same trolley also goes south to Lovers Key State Park and Bonita Springs. Fort Myers Beach is centrally located, only minutes to Naples and Marco Island to the South and Sanibel and Captiva to the North.

The condo was northwest facing. Fab view of the Gulf and sunsets. Steps from the beach. Kitchen was a bit small but we made it work. Bathroom was nice sized. The TV had an interesting feature allowing you to gain access to your subscriptions. Nice size refrigerator.

PARADISE ON THE GULF!

We almost hate to write a review, because we want to keep this place a secret! Million dollar views from this lovely condo. The sunsets were completely breath taking. The condo had EVERYTHING we could have ever needed for a week long vacation. It was just the right size for 2 people. Loved the little private beach area. We had never traveled to the gulf side of Florida, and while looking for places to stay - my brother told us of this condo and said, "you don't want to stay anywhere else." He was absolutely right! It was is walking distances of great little restaurants, and if you did have to travel by car, it didn't take long to get to anther restaurant. The grounds were impeccable. We felt very safe and secure the entire time. The owners were a PLEASURE to work with. We were very thankful that they are willing to share their home with us. Would love to return someday. Was such a relaxing week. It was hard to leave and return to reality. Can't say enough great things about this condo!

Breathtaking views in Comfort

The owners were easy to talk to and very accommodating . They had answers to all my questions before we booked . When we arrived this property was exactly as described on VRBO . We were directly on the beach and the very first night we got t see the most beautiful sunset ever . From that evening we looked forward to sunset every day , needless to say every evening the sunset off the balcony was breathtaking . The first two days we were there (which was the week of the 4th of July ) , we were confused and wondering why we were not having to wait in line at the restaurants and why the beach was not over crowded . Then we figured out that summer is the off season . Which was really nice for us . The beach was open and you didn't have to get down before sunrise to get a spot . We also walked the beach and found all kind of fighting Conch shells and sand dollars . Then there was any kind of restaurant at any price point you wanted within minutes of driving , We really enjoyed our room and the whole area . It was our first time that far south and we loved it . I will definitely be back in touch Kirby Vandivort again , I would love to come back to this very room in the future .

For the amount it wasn’t bad.

First off. I didn’t realize that their was a huge problem with a thing called red tide in the area. Found out it had been going on for weeks but only reported on local news. Also it was not told to us by the owners upon talking with them about renting the condo. I believe that this should have been something that was disclosed by the owners. The biggest thing is that when these particular owners say what time they want you in or out by they mean it. We was just about 20 mins early for check in and was sent an explicit email about how the times are what they meant and that we could incur extra charges for it. We couldn’t go to the beach at the condo for the red tide ordeal and had to go to the beaches to the south and the moody emails from owners make it to where we would not recommend this place.

A week in paradise!

Talk about a million dollar view!!! We sat on the lanai every morning and watched the sunset each evening. The ocean breeze and sounds of the waves were so relaxing. We could not have asked for a better experience for our vacation. The condo and property were truly beautiful. Condo owners were very responsive to inquiries.

So lovely!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-weeks’ stay at this condo! The location on Fort Myers Beach is perfection — the other side of the island is so so busy and that is just not our idea of vacation. The bed was very comfortable and the entire unit just worked for us. The balcony was just the best! We enjoyed many sunsets there or on the beach. Speaking of the beach, after driving around to different beaches in the area, we decided we had the perfect beach right where we were — we would set up our chairs and umbrella in the morning, spend some time on the beach throughout the day, often taking a break to walk up the beach to Pincers for a late lunch, then coming back to the beach to watch the sunset. What a life! It was all just amazing. Thanks for sharing this lovely lovely property with us!!

Peaceful, Relaxing Vacation

My husband and I had a terrific two-week vacation at this condo, and we were even fortunate enough to have beautiful, sunny weather for the entire 14 days we were there! The view from this condo is breathtaking, and we watched one gorgeous sunset after another from the balcony. As if that weren't enough, a large osprey perched on the balcony rail one morning and stayed for 20 minutes while we took pictures and even a short video or two--it was an amazing experience and quite an unexpected treat for us! The condo itself is small, as they all are at Estero Beach & Tennis Club, but we had everything we needed. We had no reason to try the sofa sleeper, but the king-size bed was very comfortable and we got a good rest every night. We also made good use of the internet connection, because we just can't live without our electronic toys! Many thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay in their home-away-from-home. It was just the break we needed after being cooped up at home for the past year and a half!

Great Vacation to Stay and Play!

We had a great vacation at Kirby and Mariya's Condo! Place was well appointed with everything you would need for your beach vacation! It was great having access to beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler to enjoy your beach days! The bed was comfortable with plenty of bath towels (you need to bring beach towels). It was located across from an outdoor shopping mall with restaurants! The best about this condo was the view! We hope to return in the future!

Amazing views

The view from the condo was amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins and the sunsets. The location was perfect for us as it was out of the hustle and bustle. Any issues that we had, Kirby was very attentive to and quick to resolve. I was a little disappointed on the size of the pool as it accommodates 3 buildings and it had very little sun until the afternoon however, it was heated which was nice.

Perfect location and view

LOVED full balcony view of gulf and beach. Exactly as advertised and pictured. We never ran the airconditioner as the gulf breeze was cool and comfortable. Beach clean and so convenient. Empty at sunrise and sunset for wonderful walks. Quiet at night. Though not promised but appreciated, there were beach chairs, umbrella and small cooler for our use. Pool closes early! Condo was as described. Perfect size for 2. King-sized bed was comfortable. Didn't use queen pullout. Parking convenient. Walkable restaurants and ice cream! Trolley was a breeze to use to Lover's Key and north to FT Myers Beach. We would stay again!

Phenomenal owners who were so helpful. Perfect place for tennis and beach. Just far enough from the top of the island. Loved the farmers market across the street. A little slice of heaven.

Why they chose this property

We researched a million (slight exaggeration) different places, and Fort Myers Beach is where we wanted to be. It's warm enough on The Beach to enjoy winter here, but the cool breezes off the Gulf make summer extremely enjoyable as well. And, the other seasons (spring and autumn) are great, too, because the weather is excellent and there aren't any crowds.

What makes this property unique

The views here are absolutely stunning (just check out our reviews and see what most people comment on). We looked at a bunch of different properties (no exaggeration) and this one won... because of the view. Location, location, location. We are up high enough, on the 11th floor, that we can see beautiful sunsets, and the wide side of the balcony/lanai on our condo faces northwest, right towards the widest beach on the island. (Another perk of being on the 11th floor is that bugs seldom get up that high) The end of the balcony faces southwest, so we get to see beautiful sunsets regardless of what time of year it is.

Also, as you can see on the map, our condo is on the southern end of the island, which is definitely the 'quieter' end. We really like this, and it is just one of the things that makes us want to go back again and again and again.
