Spacious and fully equipped beach-front penthouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and sweeping Gulf-of-Mexico views! Large primary bedroom with king bed, en-suite full bath, TV and beautiful ocean views. One guest room with two twin beds and one guest room with a queen bed. Both guest rooms connect to a shared full bathroom. Open floor plan with stunning ocean views from large kitchen, dining area, and great room. Enjoy the large private terrace perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining.

We loved this Condo. Plenty of room for all of us including our son and his family. The views were amazing. Coffee on the deck was great and happy hour watching the sunset spectacular. What I loved most was the great stretch of beach right outside our door. Plenty of great restaurants within walking or a short drive. We loved it.

The property is amazing!The views are beautiful and you are literal steps from the pool and beach. Worked out perfect, especially having a 3 and 6 year old with us.The condo is so well stocked. A lot of thought put into all the ‘extras’… from beach toys and supplies to extra blankets and pillows and everything in between.Perry was always there to answer any questions we may have.Thank you for having us!

This is an excellent condo in a quiet stretch of Indian Rocks Beach. The owner provided just the right amount of communication. The condo has fantastic views and a very private ocean facing deck. The inside was super clean and nicely decorated. The outside was also clean, with the pool being cleaned every morning. This was our first visit to the gulf coast and I love the area. I was looking for something quiet, but close to Clearwater and St Pete. This was perfect! We met several residents as well as guests and all were very friendly and quiet. We will definitely be back!

Indian rocks beach is a great because of the excellent warm gulf water, great sandy beach, plenty of great restaurants and bars, walking distance. Possibly the best sunset I have ever seen

この宿泊施設の特徴

This particular property is on the top floor (4th) with a huge balcony. Balcony is half covered and half open. You can suntan on our reclining chairs or sit at a covered table/chairs. This property has views of the intercoastal from the front and is beach front from the rear. Something really special!!!
