Our stay here was fantastic. The cabin was as advertised, Nicole was great, very communicative, check in was easy and location was perfect, right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg
This was perfect for our family of 7 and two pups to visit Pigeon Forge for Dollywood’s opening weekend. Our teens got a kick out of the “old school” video games and of course the hot tub was a fun night time treat. Pet friendly but not a lot of accessible grass so if you have picky dogs just be aware. There were instructions for almost everything and included video tutorials too. The pictures show the whole house layout but originally it was just 5 of us and the booking said 2 rooms. After reaching out the owners quickly clarified the other two rooms could be available for an additional charge. A little confusing but glad we checked when my in-laws decided to join us and that we could easily add them to the booking. The owners checked in via messages to make sure everything was going smoothly. All in all a great space and great location!
We had a great time during our stay here. There were some small issues we encountered during our stay, but the host was quick to respond and willing to help with everything to make sure our trip went well. It is in a very convenient location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The road approaching the location is a little rough, but was able to be traveled by all cars that we had without any problems. I would definitely recommend this location to any families looking for a great place to stay with tons of entertainment options while staying at the cabin!
Check in went smoothly. There was plenty of room and supplies for cooking. We noticed the cleaning company missed replacing a couple things and we asked for more towels for the spa and the host responded very quickly and immediately replenished more than enough. The bottom floor was a bit chilly and they came with more blankets and space heaters to make it through the visit

Cabin for Christmas
This was a wonderful cabin to stay in. It was very neat and had many fun things to occupy us during our stay. It was listed as a two bedroom house that slept six. However, upon our arival we found that there were four rooms and and could easily sleep ten. This was a very pleasant surprise. The only negative thing was that the floors did not seem mopped. The gravel road leading to it was a little hard to drive, but did not ruin the stay at all and was easy to maneuver after the first couple times. This was our famliy's Christmas gift...and everyone enjoyed it !
The place was ok just not what advertised. It says it's pet friendly but really isn't anywhere for them to do their thing. Also when we arrive we found so many things not clean like it had public hair in the the bathtub also in the shower also he fire place wasn't working and when I went to use the grill to cook supper the grill was rusted out and could of hurt someone. But owner got it taken care of that. Also the hot tube was very cloudy like it hasn't been cleared
