***wheelchair and walker friendly*** This unit is on the first floor and does not have any steps into or around the unit. Handicap parking is available.

***lots of updates this winter. Updated pictures will be available late February/early March. Some updates include new paint and twin over full bunk bed in lieu of sofa couch in bedroom 2. Feel free to reach out with questions*** Keep it simple at this peaceful, centrally-located condo, close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. It is approx. 1 mile from the beach and located close to the Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing and is next door to the Arcadian Shores Golf Club. This is a fully equipped condo, in a gated community with excellent amenities such as Pool, exercise area, Kids jungle gym, practice putting green, outdoor BBQ pit and seating areas. Perfect for golfing couple (or two) with/without kids.

Comfortable two-bedroom Condo with all the amenities

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Lizz's condo. The space was clean and comfy, with plenty of space for my family and I. The master suite was large and comfortable, while the fold out couch was sturdy and supportive, and had plenty of space for a person or two to sleep comfortably. The bathroom was also a plus, because it was clean and had lots of counter space. During our stay, Lizz checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed any assistance. It was clear she wanted to make sure we had a pleasant stay, and overall she was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Thanks for the great stay, and I'm looking forward to coming back!

This opens the opportunity for you to stay at our MB Condo over the summer months. We hope you enjoy your time at our place and hope you say hi to the beach for us!

While this property is not beachfront it offers its own unique Myrtle Beach experience. You are within a 30min walk to the beach, Tanger Outlets, and Restaurant Mile. With a quick drive you can get to Barefoot Landing, Ocean Annies, Broadway at the Beach and the MB Boardwalk. Some of our favorite walking activities are Brookgreen Gardens, Murrells Inlet, and the MB Aquarium.
