Recently Renovated 2BR Beachwalk Unit

Beachwalk condominiums are located within the gated community of Shipyard, a private residential and resort community. Unit 127 is a short 5 minute walk to Hilton Head's famous beach & shoreline, the Van der Meer Tennis Center and the Sonesta Resort. The villa has an open floor plan and features a King in the main bedroom, 1 Queen and 1 Twin in the guest BR plus a sleeper sofa in the living room - could comfortably sleep 7. This unit was completely renovated in October/November of 2022 and includes a walk in shower in the main bathroom, an electric fireplace, all new flooring throughout, fresh paint and new tile, lighting & woodwork, 3 TVs (Living Room and each bedroom) plus several other decorative features. A spacious deck overlooking the pool is scheduled for replacement in May of 2023. A gas grill is located just off the deck. The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination 9, 18, or 27 holes available for play. Just beyond the Shipyard gate, vacationers find a wide selection of other golf courses, restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages at Coligny Plaza and the new "Low Country Celebration Park" in that same area. Free wi-fi is also included.

A great property - very clean and comfortable, and beautifully decorated! The location was also amazing - close to the pool, and just a short, tree-covered walk to the beach, and in such a beautiful community within Shipyard! We’d highly recommend this home!

Such a perfect location for our HHI trip this year. We love Beachwalk for its location and this unit was very conveniently located within the complex. Comfy condo close to beach

Stayed a week with wife and kids. We had a nice stay. Comfortable clean place only a few minutes walk to a great beach. Short drive to all Hilton Head has to offer.

Great Place For Beach Vacation

Great place, very clean, awesome new floors and deck overlooking Beachwalk pool. Brand new TV with streaming services built in. About as close to the beach as you can get without staying at a resort. With a wagon it took us 7 minutes tops to walk. Will book again when visiting Hilton Hwad.

Family holiday to Hilton Head

We visited Hilton Head as a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children (aged 6, 9 and 10)). We were visiting with 4 other families who were staying in an ocean front house, owned by one of the other families. Much of our time was spent outside Beachwalk. The accommodation, however, was great. It was clean and spacious with a modern feel, which was to our taste. The electonic door code made out-of-hour key collection and checkout nice and easy. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back!

Hilton Head Vacation

This is our second vacation on the island and this unit was awesome! Clean, nicely decorated and perfectly located for us with a very short walk to the beach and community pool. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dinnerware and glasses. The deck was recently renovated and we enjoyed sitting on the patio and also enjoyed occasional barbecuing on the gas grill. All in all, a super holiday. Just of note, the screen door may need replacing as it kept falling off the track but did this minor issue did not set us back!! Hope to be back here next year!

Amazing Vacation Spot For the Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 5 spent a week at Beachwalk and it was wonderful. The place was clean and well equipped for a beach vacation. Access to the pool was perfect for the kids and it was so close. The beach was also close, walking was easy but having a bike with a wagon made it much better. The unit had everything we needed to prepare meals and grill also, games and puzzles were available. The only issue we had the whole week was with an instacart delivery. The driver was not able to come in to the Shipyard Plantation. Make sure if you are ordering groceries for delivery you plan to meet the driver at the gate and have an extra car pass. Wonderful place and we plan to return as soon as we can.

Used it one time and water was leaking from under it hopefully issue gets corrected. Beach was wonderful until news of hurricane Idalia ruined our stay checked in on Saturday and left early Tuesday missed almost our full week of vacation. Unfortunately there was no type of compensation just doesn't seem quite fair would recommend staying at this unit location was very close to beach within walking distance

We are sorry that your vacation had to be cut short. However, you were not offered compensation due to our policy on weather refunds. Seashore Vacations diligently monitors hurricanes right when we receive word of them and relays updates on effects to our current guests and our future guests. Hurricane Idalia was expected to hit the gulf coast of Florida and the effects on Hilton Head Island were minimum. Our compensation policy is if there is a mandatory evacuation and/or a State of Emergency issued we will refund the remaining days. This policy is the same as most travel insurance providers. We do not issue refunds due to voluntary evacuation.

New cutlery, crockery, glasses, new dinning room set, new patio furniture, new TV (very important), and having the BBQ is appreciated. The only downside was the dishwasher broke at the beginning of our fourth week, it was inconvenient but these things happen and no reflection on the owner or rental firm.It would have been nice to have a vacuum in good working order and mop.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a lovely stay at 127 Beachwalk in Shipyard. This unit is newly renovated with a large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The updated bathrooms are especially nice as the showers were amazing. Brand new huge deck overlooking the pool couldn’t have been any better. Plenty of room for everyone and a short walk to the beach. One of the closest units to the beach in Shipyard. Would definitely recommend and would book again in the future.

My wife usually has to clean a few things before we unpack but this time she didn't have to lift a finger. Only recommendation is get some smart TVs with streaming. I was able to connect my computer to the TV so we could watch our shows at night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in Beach walk for several years in a 3 bedroom condo, but this year stayed in a 2 bedroom, 1 floor- very spacious and new! The location was overlooking the pool and a very short walk to the beach! The only issue we had was with the TVs (had someone come out twice to help out- owner may be replacing them!) The deck was brand new and could maybe use a few more chairs but we really enjoyed this unit!

The unit itself was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The back deck was extra large and it was very enjoyable to sit outside. We had some minor issues with the TV and internet but these were promptly resolved by the Seashore staff. Beachwalk is a great location and within walking distance to the beach. We also enjoyed the complimentary bicycles and beach gear. Will definitely book this unit again next year. Enjoyed the Southend Seafood market on Exective Drive. Great fresh seafood. Also recommend Java Burrito, The Social Bakery and Harris Teeter for groceries.

The new owners of 127 did a great job in updating the villa, bright open concept. Particularly like the new walk-in shower in the master bedroom. Also, I believe we were the first renters after the new spacious deck was just completed, great job on the deck. Look forward to visiting again.
