I attempted to reach out to the property manager a few days before my arrival to let them know I would be late, they did no respond. The day prior to my trip I reached out ro VRBO who then attempted to reach out to them wirh no answer. I drove 12 hours to arrive at this motel. There is no obvious office, the manager still didn't answer me nor VRBO. After waiting a bit someone walks out of this room already staying in it. They give me some instruction to find the office, no one was there.They double booked the room and chose not to reply.

Quiet hours?

Quiet hours were a joke. This property is attached/same parking lot as a venue. Two of our night stay the venue was loud WELL into the night past midnight with loud outdoor music. Quiet hours were supposed to be starting at 10pm.
