It is walking distance to beautiful downtown South Haven.. The condo has many nice amenities for a comfortable stay. Three smart TV's, all new appliances, new beds, new living room furniture along with a well stocked kitchen and coffee bar make for an easy getaway.

This condo is located within convenient walking distance to all that South Haven has to offer. Just 10 minutes ( 6 blocks) from the beach and 2 minutes (2 blocks) from farmers market, marina, shopping and restaurants. Exceptional on-site amenities include a year round indoor/outdoor heated pool with hot tub, large outdoor patio with community gas grills, 2 movie theatres, gym and exercise room, and an additional patio with firepit.
