Welcome to Central Lofts Ground Floor Getaway.

This super cute and comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with exposed brick and an industrial vibe is a great place to spend a week or a long weekend. It is walking distance to beautiful downtown South Haven.. The condo has many nice amenities for a comfortable stay. Three smart TV's, all new appliances, new beds, new living room furniture along with a well stocked kitchen and coffee bar make for an easy getaway.

This condo is located within convenient walking distance to all that South Haven has to offer. Just 10 minutes ( 6 blocks) from the beach and 2 minutes (2 blocks) from farmers market, marina, shopping and restaurants. Exceptional on-site amenities include a year round indoor/outdoor heated pool with hot tub, large outdoor patio with community gas grills, 2 movie theatres, gym and exercise room, and an additional patio with firepit.

Great stay!

We had a great experience. We have now stayed there twice! The only complaint we have is the internet has very poor range and we can’t use our devices but in the hallway. The place is clean and has everything you need!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ground Floor Getaway. It was the perfect for my family with little ones. We especially loved the easy access to our van, quick walk to downtown, the pool, the spacious condo, and all of the additional supplies (chairs, beach wagon, cooler, etc) was so helpful for us. It was a little too far for us to walk to the beach but very quick drive! I would highly suggest this property to family and friends.

Loved staying at Central Lofts in South Haven! Best short term rental ever. Quiet, clean and great location!! Indoor pool and hot tub was great when the weather turned too cool for the beach!!

Quick spring break getaway

Visited South Haven in late April before the busy season got started. Second time staying in this wonderfully renovated school building, first time in this unit. The space and location are perfect. Absolutely love the pool and hot tub. Amenities were fantastic. This remains our go-to spot to stay in South Haven.

Great space for a weekend getaway

Great rental. The place was clean, organized and a great location. Great for families. Loved the charm of the building (used to be a high school). Great location - you can walk to the beach, to dinner and shopping. Definitely would stay again.

Great stay

The unit was clean and nicely decorated-A lot more spacious than I initially thought when I looked at pictures. The unit was also well stocked- the owners definitely think of everything you may need during your stay. The location was convenient to lot of downtown shops and restaurants.
