Great location

We stayed here for Austin City Limits festival. Location was really convenient, only a mile walk to Zilker park. Balconies were really nice to sit on in the morning and evening. Clean apartment comfortable bed.

Great find in Austin

Great find! Not too far off the beaten path and still accessible to great restaurants and bars. The condo does sit right on 6th Street so the street noise is noticeable. The owner, Tim, was easy to reach and very responsive. Would definitely consider staying here again if we head to Austin in the future.
