Leave your car in the HEATED garage...it's an EASY, short walk (even in your ski boots!) to the PEAK 9 Quicksilver SuperChair, Downtown Breckenridge or Breck Brewery. PEAK 9 has ski instruction for the little ones and offers everything from super-easy Green slopes to mid-level Blue terrain. Just to the south is PEAK 10 where you'll find the Black and Double Blacks...Pick your poison! The Ice Rink is within walking distance as well.

In the summer...hike, mountain bike, road bike, fly-fish, or simply walk to downtown shops...right from the condo! Head over to mid-mountain via the gondola and ride the Alpine Slide or take the lifts up with bike in tow for a downhill adventure!

The pictures are accurate...we recently completed an interior re-model w/ knotty alder kitchen/bath cabinets, trim & doors, granite counters, fresh paint, and plenty of storage. We want you to enjoy our mountain home as much as we do. Winter or Summer, you won't be disappointed with this condo!

About Paul & Heath

We co-own this condo with my best friend who I met in the Air Force in 1994. We've really enjoyed this condo over the last decade+!!!

Why Paul & Heath chose Warrior's Mark

We got tired of fighting the I-70 traffic after a long day of skiing! With this condo, we can come home on Monday morning instead! This condo is in the PERFECT location for enjoying everything Breck has to offer. I really don't think there is a better location in Breckenridge!

What makes this condo unique

Although Breck is only 2 hours from our home in Denver, you are completely surrounded by the mountains, secluded in a little town that has tons of history and everything you'd need to relax (or not relax if you prefer to challenge the mountains!).

Great space and great location

We had such a wonderful stay in this condo. The space worked out so well for us and our three kids. Having the pack n play, high chair, and a bonus train play tent was great for our little one. The bigger kids loved having their own room with two beds, cable tv and wifi. We all enjoyed the access to the outdoor heated pool, 2 indoor, and 2 outdoor hot tubs. The pool facility has a small locker room for changing, and was clean and not too busy. Inside we took advantage of the fireplace, the games and movie collection, 2 full spacious and updated bathrooms, and the great kitchen. During the day the condo gets great light with curtains and blinds open. The location was just perfect for us! The walk to the base of Peak 9 was so quick and enjoyable. It truly is a nice 5 minute walk, even in ski boots. Charter sports is located right on the path if you want to rent and store gear there. At Peak 9 (the village) the ski school, childcare, and the lift were all available in one spot, as well as the Maggie restaurant. Behind the condo are several paths that our youngest really enjoyed being pulled along in the sleds provided in the condo. We also really enjoyed the very close easy access to town. When navigating a town with tired kids after a day of skiing having everything so close was really wonderful! We took advantage of the 3 minute walk to Coffee Depot, the Mountaintop Children's Museum 5 minutes away, dinner at Breckenridge Brewery, had a great breakfast at BLD, and checked out the nearby shops. The week of New Years is a busy time to travel, but this condo made our week so easy and enjoyable.

great location

This condo was better than expected. I wasn't sure about the walk to the lift or the amount of space for our family of 5, but it was perfect. I was better than the pictures. The walk to the lift with my 3 kids (16, 15 and 11) was a piece of cake. They also shared a bedroom which they don't do at home and that was fine. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked at home more than I thought we would. There is a TV in every bedroom with cable. There is free wi-fi. The heated garage was a plus. The laundry is down in the heated garage and it is very close to the condo just one floor down. I would definitely stay here again. We used the sleds one day. We didn't take advantage of the hot tub. It was cold and we didn't want to walk to it, but it isn't too far. There was even a place for all of our coats and skis and gear. I have pics if i can figure out how to add them.

Too many positives to mention!

I almost don't want to tell how I really feel; I am afraid it will not be available. It is absolutely too perfect a location for Breck. Close to everything yet very quite. The walk to the lift is a couple minutes and when you stop at the lake/blue river crossing bridge you to can watch the trout swim right under you feet. It is also right next to the pool and hot tubs, but you can't hear any noise, and just minutes form all the dining options you want. If you stop at City Market at the beginning of your stay, your car would not even need to leave the heated garage. I am a chef by hobby, not by profession, and the kitchen has absolutely every thing you would need to accommodate your cooking needs, regardless of the menu.

If I were to get really greedy about my accommodations there were two aspects that I would mention as not being ideal. The walk-in master shower has the entrance door an water-on handle on opposites sides, so to is pretty awkward trying to turn the shower on will out getting wet. The second would be the lack of direct sun light. I really enjoy sun light shining through a window, especially in the winter/spring, and although the condo has ample windows, it does or at least didn't during our stay get much direct natural light. However the condo is exceedingly well lit with overhead track lightening.

A tremendously fun and comfortable stay in the Breckenridge area!!!!

Owner's Response: So glad you enjoyed your stay! Ya...the toilet kind of dictated where the door for the shower went. Not ideal, but I typically tilt the shower head toward the wall or down as I turn on the shower. Luckily the hot water comes on VERY QUICKLY and you NEVER RUN OUT OF HOT WATER!!! Hope to see you back...the summers are even better...and you get more light into the condo in the summer since it's higher in the sky and not blocked as much by the trees :)

The property was amazing with all of the amenities you would want for a ski place.

Our family and friends enjoyed the condo and the close proximity to the lifts and Charter sports is amazing.

If you want a place to relax and take a day off from the slopes, the leather couches are amazing, as well as the library of movies that are available!!

5 days in Breckenridge w/skiing with the boys!

the accommodations and customer service were awesome. began planning this trip a year ago. paul & heath were very responsive and very accessible to address all questions, as well as to coordinate our stay. the condo was great, accommodating 4 adults comfortably. very convenient location..7 minute walk to Chair 9 lift, 5 minute walk to Charter sports rental, 10 minute walk into town. even better, we were able to leave our ski's/poles/boots at Charter at the end of each day and pick them up in the morning to get back on the mountain - so convenient! the condo was a pleasant surprise - it was updated, nice kitchen, bathrooms, small balcony w/grill, living room, dinning room and plenty of space for 4 of us to relax and enjoy a week of skiing!!!! NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever.....we will be back.

I've never taken the time to do that...I just knew it was short and never a burden :) just to clarify for other renters...the Charter Sports ski rental is on the path to the ski chair. So you have 5 mins walk to the skis and two more to the lift. It's nice because it cuts 5 mins of carrying gear ;)

Excellent Stay

This property is very well maintained, and really well stocked. All kitchenware is excellent, and the owners even stock all key staples. The kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded, and are in great shape. Furniture is comfortable and in very good condition. And the heated underground garage is a plus.

We also highly recommend this location. It is a short and direct walk to the Quicksilver lift - we have stayed in several different properties in this neighborhood and this unit is, in our opinion, the most convenient - close to the hot tubs and direct walk to the lift. The other advantage of this neighborhood is it is extremely convenient walk to town. Once there you don't need to use the car.

Finally, owners Paul and Heath are highly responsive and very helpful. Overall we highly recommend this condo.
