Let me first say that the space accommodated our group as far as size. Nice location, and the home itself is nice overall. The problem is with the details that could take this space from average to great. The bath mats in the main restroom were dirty with what appears to have been urine. The oven mits were disgustingly filthy. There were no dish towels or dishwashing detergents. The kitchen floor mats were grossly dirty. The microwave had grease splatter all over it. The sofa throw pillows were worn and dirty. The drainage and plumbing throughout the house appears to have had major issues. One of the bathtubs never drained after one use we purchased Drano and plunged the toilet ourselves. This was after attempting to contact the property management, which they never responded to two of our messages regarding concerns about the property. This is not only an eyesore, but it’s unsanitary. The bedding for most of the beds was very cheap where the pillows were thin, and the comforters were thin and flimsy. The bed frame to one of the larger bedroom was rickety, old and worn, the posts were missing attachments.
It seems as though the owners or managers have the notion that because of the size of the home or perhaps the newness of the home effort in anything else about the home, is it necessary. For the Home to be able to accommodate as many people as it did. We ran out of toilet paperpaper towels, and there was no laundry detergent either. The toilets also required plunging
