Hendley Market Lofts #201 w/Balcony!
Romantic Strand Getaway #201 ~ Hendley Market Lofts on The Strand. Great, open concept studio with private balcony overlooking the historic and fun-filled Strand. This loft offers a well equipped and full kitchen, dining area, private bath and a private balcony. The Hendley Market Lofts are walkable to restaurants and shops in the Strand District. One block to many great restaurants on Harborside. Loft on 2nd floor, Stairs involved (no elevator).
1) Shared common area please observe quiet times 10pm-7am
2) Please do not move items from one loft to another ~ items must stay in their specific loft.
3) Do not move furniture (there will be a fee if furniture is moved)
4) Please do not use white towels for food, food clean up, make up removal or anything that will stain them. We provide paper towels, make up wash cloth, make up remover wipes and various cleaning products. (there will be fees for ruined items that require replacement)
5) Do not use glitter or confetti in the lofts. (there will be an additional fee if additional cleaning is required)
6) Place all food in the trash ~ the loft(s) do not have garbage disposals
7) Do not share codes with anyone other than registered guests.
8) I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
