Lower Unit - This adorable bay duplex is located in the highly desirable Balboa Peninsula directly across from Bay Island and Balboa Island and just 1-2 blocks to the beach boardwalk, ferry and Fun Zone. The lower unit is one of two units in the duplex that sleeps up to 4 people but most
comfortable with 2 adults and 2 kids with approx 740 square feet. From the living room area, French doors open out to an oversized front patio with a patio table, chairs, BBQ, sofa and fire pit. Please note- No parties or events allowed. Also 2 night minimum required.

Tranquility at its best

We rented this property to have a place to stay in Balboa to be near my daughters Prom venue. I really did not want her to drive 90 min to her prom and then home after the prom. By staying her she had time to relax. Get ready. Take photos on the pier and still have time to walk around, eat dinner and walk to the venue. I had time to file my taxes and relax after doing 50 hours in my work week. I would highly recommend this location. It was my first experience and a positive one.
