This two bedroom unit comes equipped with free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, new kitchen and appliances and a covered parking space. Sawmill Creek also provides two common area indoor hot tubs, shared grills as well as easy access to the slopes and town. Just 20 yards from the bottom of the Four O'clock run, this is a convenient way to get back to your condo after a long day on the mountain. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.

We loved staying in Breckenridge! There is so much to do and see around this area. We went for a summer vacation. It was so nice to have such a great condo to relax in. All of the staff at Great Western Lodging was exceptional. The people of Breckenridge were so friendly! This condo is in town, so it is an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. My only caveat is that since it is so close to town, you do get town noise. It is not a quiet mountian get away. We did not mind that at all. It really was not that noisy! Our condo was very well appointed - we loved it! #211

Great Location & Uncomfortable Beds

The location was great. It is one block away from Main Street where all the restaurants, bars and shops are; all within walking distance. There is even a ski slope right next to the condos which is really convenient. The place was fully equipped with everything you need for the kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus covered parking which was extremely helpful. My only gripe about the condo was the beds. They were the hardest memory form mattresses I have ever slept on. Definitely not for me, I was more comfortable sleeping on the pull out sofa if that says anything. And lastly, the heaters in the bathroom. They are very old and take time to heat up. Word of advice, don't shower until it is warm, I froze after getting out of a steaming shower only step on ice cold tile. Some people might be use to that but being from South Texas this was all a first for me. I enjoyed the town and everything it had to offer. At least I know next time how to prepare when we return next year.
