Casa Buena Vista-Outdoor Hot Tub and Sauna

We welcome you to come enjoy some peace and quiet in our lovely modern home with private spa experiences. Enjoy unparalleled views of Mt. Hood, the Hood River Valley and our majestic west facing view down the Columbia River Gorge from almost every room and deck. Situated just one mile outside of downtown White Salmon, WA, you will feel like you're in a special rural environment. We welcome you to your home away from home. This home is a 3 level, recently remodel home built in 2007. The entry level is the main level and has a dining area, a kitchen, a living room (all with amazing mountain and river views) a half bath and a mud room/ pantry. You can walk out this level onto an expansive deck with outdoor furniture a gas grill and a gas fire pit. Enjoy breathtaking views while you relax or dine! Upstairs you will find the master suite with sitting / TV area and ensuite full bath with soaking tub, beautiful tile shower and a 2 sink vanity. A loft area separates the staircase and the master suit and has an office desk with chair and 2 twin beds for additional guests. The 2 twin beds are listed as beds in the 3rd bedroom, but are actually located in the loft. Below the main level is the media room, bedroom number 2 with a king bed and bedroom number 3 with a queen bed. There is also a full bath and the laundry room on this floor. Walk out this level and you can enjoy the outdoor hot tub....with views, the private sauna....with views and the outdoor shower...with views. Please message us to ask about staying for less than our 3 day minimum and we will always try to accommodate last minute requests. Walking our neighborhood is a dream and our proximity to all recreation the Gorge has to offer is amazing. Come, stay, play and relax in style. We also have a one bedroom casita above our detached two car garage that may be available if you have the need to accommodate additional guests. The link is here;

Our stay was one of our most relaxing trips we've had in some time! The amenities are top notch - well stocked kitchen, BBQ, and everything else you'd need to make a gourmet meal. The hot tub, sauna, and massage chair were a real treat. The town is only a mile away and a nice walk. The backyard was spacious for Kubb games. And there was plenty of room for us (4 adults and 3 kids and a dog). Michael, the host, was especially helpful, proactively reaching out several times before our trip, during, and after. He offered us a late check-out without us even asking! For sure one of the best hosts we've experienced. We're already talking about when we'll head back to Casa Buena Vista! If you're thinking about a stay in White Salmon, this place should be #1 on your list!

Second visit and hope to return!

This is the second year we’ve spent Memorial Day Weekend at Casa Buena Vista for a family get away. The view is stunning and home well-appointed and comfortable. Spacious enough for us to retreat and rest while offering a gathering space that spills onto the deck and beautiful view of the gorge.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was a gorgeous view from almost every room in the house! We enjoyed grilling & having dinner around the fire pit while watching the sun set. Why they chose this property

Views, views, views is the main thing that is unique about our home. Perfectly situated on the west side of Strawberry Mountain, just outside White Salmon, WA we enjoy a west, southwest exposure. From most rooms in the house you have a stunning view of Mt. Hood, the Hood River Valley, Mount Defiance and the Columbia River. The sun sets from our deck are simply unbelievable!

Enjoy our outdoor hot tub with big views or take it up a notch and sweet it up in our private sauna. The views from the sauna are amazing as well. Jump on one of our two eBikes and roll around the neighborhood or town or outskirts. Enjoy the Gorge and relax in style!
