Great stay, great host!

The house was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Mario was helpful and attentive. We really enjoyed the spacious backyard. Location is great with easy access to downtown and short drive from airport. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Phoenix.

the property was run down horrible... the neighborhood as a drug st. we didn't even stay there with my son and daughter. we booked with in 5 mins the scottsdale camelback resort which was less money and never went back to stay... I want a full refund and have numerous picture to share of how bad it was... right down to the broken windows and used fridge in the back yard... who do I contact for this problem?

Spacious & Ideal Location!

Stayed April 28-30. 4.7 miles from airport. 20 minutes in traffic to get to GCU. Walmart delivery applicable. Nice house with enough space for 6 adults to enjoy. Really liked sitting on the back patio. Easy entry and all appliances work. Beds were comfy too! Only thing from keeping this property from being a perfect 10 is that it only has one bathroom.

Nice but neighborhood is a little rough

Our stay was fine. However, the grill lighter did not work, the ice maker and water in fridge did not work and the hot water heater didnt put out hot enough water for the showers. The neighborhood is a little rough (lot of homeless people around). We did have a fine stay but just fyi for anyone else so you know what to expect.

The house is newly renovated and had some new appliances. It's very clean and Mario, the host, was wonderful answering questions and very prompt in responding. Location is very convenient to the airport. It's a little challenging with only one bathroom but my party of three managed just fine. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. You may want to bring additional bath & kitchen towels and paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, napkins, trash bags). Overall, I give it five stars and I will definitely stay there again when my travels take me back to Phoenix!
