Five bedroom, 200sq.m. villa is a comfortable, peaceful and private retreat on the forested outskirts of the charming traditional village of Gavalohori. The villa has dramatic views of the sea and the spectacular White Mountains. Beautifully landscaped with flowers, trees, stone decoration, BBQ, and two swimming pools with sun loungers. The villa is very secluded and yet only 4 minutes away by car from the pretty coastal village of Almyrida with its sandy beaches and many amenities… The villa consist of two, two storey three and two bedrooms maisonettes. It has autonomous heating, solar water heater, A/C in each room and it is fully furnished, has all electrical appliances (electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, washing machine), satellite TV and Wi-fi. The property is located on 1300sq.m. plot with stone fencing and gate with remote control. Villa can accommodate 9 people plus 3 reclining beds can be placed upon request so up to 12 people in total.
