Getaway from your everyday life and enjoy a trip to the beach here at Coquina Beach Club. Pure island vibing at this spacious beachfront studio located in the heart of Bradenton Beach at the Coquina Beach Club. Wake up refreshed with endless views of the turquoise Gulf waters at this 1 bed, 1 bath studio that is styled with coastal decor, tile floors, and has sliding glass doors that open up to your private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the sounds of the crashing waves. Just steps from the large communal, heated pool with loungers, covered parking spaces and easy beach access for finding the perfect spot to set up your umbrella and sunbathe the day away along the white powdered beaches. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and near the local AMI trolley stop where you can hop on to navigate the rest of the 7 mile island. Paradise awaits!

Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels. This townhome participates in a professional linen program so you can rest well in luxury.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by Shore Thing Property Services LLC for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require 25% deposit with the final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Shore Thing Properties cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

House keeping will provide you with a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags, but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

*Please note: Two parking passes will be provided for your stay in the condo and must be displayed in your car at all times to avoid being towed. Please leave the pass IN THE CONDO when you leave. Failure to return the pass will result in a $50.00 replacement fee.

Beach and pool bring it all together!

The unit was what I was expecting. Was clean and accommodating with two beds. The view over the pool and a small view of the ocean soothed the mind.

The place was decent.

The place was decent. Dated but ok. The blinds across the sliding glass door were missing some slates making it lack privacy. We notified the owner and by check out she said the maintenance person was coming by to measure for new blinds. Overall, we were content there. We enjoyed the beach as well as the pool. We felt safe and had no issues with loud neighbors. The place could benefit an update but it met our needs. We would go back.

Do not stay here

The place is way more outdated than in the pictures. Pic a different location. We unpacked but ended up sleeping at my mother’s location. The following morning we stopped by the location packed up our items and the host was able to move us to a new location. We the. Got billed over one thousand for one night and the host stating the place looked “well used.” Maybe because it was well used to begin with.

Renter Beware…

This property listing is deceptive. The primary bed is a Murphy bed and NOT comfortable at all… didn’t stay for our 2nd night because bed was TERRIBLE. If the primary bed is a Murphy bed, state this!! And if you’re going to have a Murphy bed as the primary bed, it needs to be comfortable. Feel like I got duped and paid WAY more than I should have for what was advertised.

1st and last verbo experience

My wife forbid me giving this place a bad review. The condo itself is located in a perfect location. The back porch was exceptional for breakfast and evening relaxing. We loved the studio apartment. The beach was amazing. Will definitely be back, just not to any property managed by this person. The check in email and the book says to place a parking voucher in your windshield. We came in from a college town where if you're at a condo without one, roam towing will snatch your car within 15 minutes. There was no voucher as suggested in both forms of check in communication and the phone number in the book wasn't even to the property manager for this property, so while we sat there nervous we were going to be towed 3 hours from home, this person we had a number to simply referred us to the correct property manager, whom never replied until 11:10 the next morning. Need less to say, I was pretty angry because I came here to relax and ended up worried I was going to be towed for the first hour until I decided to press the other property manager for information, who did put our concerns at ease. While feeling extreme disappointment with this particular manager I found many other issues which I brought to this person's attention and still have not heard a single word back about, however she did offer to interrupt our 3 year anniversary get away with maintenance to repair an issue claimed previously to have already been repaired. no word about lack of cleanliness, or refund.
