Our downtown condo is beautifully furnished and provides a respite to recharge for your Up North adventures. We adhere to cleaning protocol. 1st floor condo sleeps up to 4 with king bed and full sleeper sofa. Well-lit self key-pad entry to outer & inner condo door. ‘First come/first serve’ on-site parking. No Pets

We had a great time in TC! The apartment/condo was incredibly clean, and stocked with everything we needed. Super close (5 minute walk) to Front street. Very comfortable bed and great linens. Superb!

We have tried any number of places to stay in Traverse City and this is by far the best. Great location, convenient to downtown TC, and very well furnished. Could not have been cleaner. Very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. A very thoughtful host. The parking is a bit limited but we used the very convenient public lot at night when the parking behind the unit was full. We were award of this beforehand and it wasn't a problem. This is absolutely 5 star!

Great Location

The location of this property is great for walking to dining and shopping. The property was clean and well cared for. This is the second time I've stayed here and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful condo, great location and thoughtful amenities! The home was very clean, bed is comfortable and so many thoughtful ‘extras’ to make your stay amazing. Location is within walking distance to the downtown area, but just far enough as to not be surrounded by hustle-bustle of staying downtown. Definitely a ‘repeat’ destination!

The Condo was so clean and in the perfect location. Very close to downtown, but not right in the middle of all the craziness. Quiet at night, and it had all the little touches that you don’t think about, ex: extra toiletries, and a little candy bowl that was perfect after coming back after a night of drinking and eating! I would definitely stay here again.

The property was great! Very clean and full of amenities and other household items that came in handy. It’s in a great location that’s within walkable distance to most things downtown and having access to parking was great. Check-in and out were both super easy. Excellent Location

Had a great time with the family over Easter Weekend. This rental is walking distance to the main shopping and dining areas in Traverse City. The unit was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for during our stay.

Property was exactly as advertised. Clean, updated and well-located. We were able to walk to everything (bars, restaurants, beach, walking trails) and host was very communicative and responsive. Would certainly stay here again.

Charming condo

Beautiful clean condo in the heart of TC. It was a great location, within walking distance of downtown. And it was stocked with anything we could need in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room.
