About the property

House, 5 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 12)

This beautiful, clean and well kept home is just one block from the beach and the Necanicum estuary. At 2600 sq ft, this house has plenty of room for your family and friends and provides all the extras that will help you enjoy your vacation to the Oregon Coast. Guests enjoy the location as it is within walking distance to all Seaside has to offer, but far enough away to still enjoy some peace and quiet. Located on the quiet North end of Seaside, this home is just blocks from the Promenade, shops, restaurants and activities. The 12th Street Bridge, a local recreation spot for crabbing, fishing and playground fun, is just a short walk away.

The house has five bedrooms and comfortably sleeps twelve. Sleeping accommodations include three bedrooms with queen beds, a 'kids' room with 4 twins and a spacious master suite with a king bed. One of the queen rooms is located on ground level which is helpful for any guests that cannot climb stairs. The home is well stocked and very kid friendly coming with all kinds of puzzles, games, movies, bikes, kites, sand and other types of toys. For those with infants, the home also comes with a highchair, a pack-n-play, and a baby-swing available so just less to pack and worry about during your getaway. This home is located on a quiet dead end road so parents can comfortably let kids out to play and ride bikes. A large three car garage coupled with three off-street parking spaces and a separate space for an RV or a boat provides more than enough space for reuniting families and friends.

The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances including an extra large gas cook range, a wine fridge and everything that you will need to make your stay as comfortable as your own home. A stainless steel barbeque and the open deck are great for enjoying the weather while cooking the catch of the day. Come enjoy this vacation home and all the Northern Oregon Coast has to offer!

Why Renee chose Northern Coast

We have been reuniting with our family and friends in the Northern Coast for several years and this house was much nicer than anything that we had rented in the past. We were looking for a property that was updated and comfortable, and this home had everything we needed and more. Even though we rent the home, we wanted something our family could enjoy often, whether it was just the four of us or if we were bringing friends and extended family. The secluded elements of this home are great; we love the quiet elements of this side of town, since it is still just a short walk to anything we want to get into. We love everything beautiful Oregon has to offer and I can't see us ever parting from this great home on the Northern coast.

What makes this house unique

Being at the North end feels like your own private beach where we enjoy morning walks, bike rides with the kids and taking in the day however the mood strikes us. We really loved the less populated beach during the Fourth of July firework celebration, taking in the views from the rolling dunes.

The house is 3 minutes drive from Gearhart, a quaint unique coastal town. It is only 10 minutes away from Cannon Beach, which we love to visit as well. There is a quick escape to get to Warrenton (8 miles) for loading up on essentials at Fred Meyer, Costco or Home Depot. Our guests from different States are always surprised how close you are to everything you need for your stay and there is really no need to pack it.

Perfect for 12

Very modern and clean. Had everything we needed except a baby gate for the stairs which it now has. When they say one block to the beach, they mean 4 houses. Very short block. We had 7 adults and 5 kids ages 3mo - 3yrs. What I loved the most was the upstairs quiet area. With all those grandbabies I needed it. They also have a 3 car garage which was perfect for the kids to ride the scooters they provided around. We had so much fun. Thank You

Awesome family gathering house!

  • 5 of 5

Had the best time in this home, not far from the beach and worked perfectly for our extended family to all get together!! Kids room was awesome for all ages and the space was awesome. Extra items such as bikes made the trip that much better for the whole family. we will definately be staying here again!

Great Family Fun House

  • 5 of 5

This home is well equipped with everything for a family with kids. Very close to the beach and quiet neighborhood. Also, real close to promenade and other stores and restaurants. Owners were very easy to work with and easy to get a hold of. I would recommend this house to anyone with kids. Plenty of games and very large space for hanging out. Kitchen table fit a lot of bodies and the entire house was very well kept and prepped for our arrival. Overall awesome experience.

Exactly what we hoped for!

We had a wonderful time in this house. Clean, updated kitchen, quiet location, and more than enough space for the nine of us to be comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks.

Awesome time!

  • 5 of 5

I think the best aspect of this property is the amenities for children. Our group had several children and we appreciated all the little things that were in the house. There were bikes, scooter, sand toys, kites, movies and house toys. They loved sleeping in the kids room, the one with the 4 twin beds. Many evenings, we'd find them all in one bed and watching the TV in the kids room. It gave the adults some quiet time!

We had a larger group and were able to stay in this home quite comfortably. The beautiful kitchen was easy to work in and accommodated us.

All in all, we were very pleased with this property and would stay in it again.

perfect house for a family get-together

Great house for our week in Seaside. It is great for multi-families. You can have your own little corner of the house. It was great. The lay out was perfect. I would highly recommend this house.
