Welcome to Beach Fun Blvd in the heart of North Myrtle Beach! This cozy home is conveniently located a short block from the ocean and within walking distance to shops, food, and entertainment.

This home features 2 screened porches and a deck on the 2nd floor with a private heated salt pool and 2 outdoor showers on the first floor. Time and worries of the rest of the world will melt away as you are captured by the serenity of this beautiful location.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The fridge must be empty (no leftover foods), and the all trash must be taken out. No dirty dishes Dishwasher/ kitchen sink must be cleaned
Please don't take our towels, sheets pillows or comforters. There will be a $30 charge for each comforter and $10 for each pillow and towel
Checkout is before 10:00 am. A late checkout out fee of $75 dollars will apply per every 30 minutes. All lights & doors must be locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Short Family Stay

This is a nice getaway in a great location for a beach vacation. It has lots of steps that would be difficult for anyone with disabilities or weaknesses.

Horrible experience

We booked this property for a week during the height of vacation season. Our check in time was 4PM. When we arrived the cleaners were there. They got us in touch with the owners who explained to us they didn't know we had reserved the house. They explained that it wasn't available. Obviously, the timing of this cancellation was a bit late in the process. We were a party of 10 people who now needed to find last minute accommodations during the height of vacation season at the beach. I do not recommend anyone reserve this house knowing that the reservation may be cancelled at any time. In this case 30 minutes after check in time!!

As a host I'm extremely disappointed with VRBO and the way this platform operates. VRBO failed to informed me that the property received a booking (Chris Sowers made a reservation less than 24 hours prior his arrival) and not a single email, not one message, I received absolutely NOTHING from VRBO indicating that this group was arriving in the next 15 hours. We felt extremely disappointed and uncomfortable because here we are on a Sunday afternoon dealing with over 12 angry strangers at my property demanding to come in, threatening me over the phone with legal action, if I don't let them check in. I kindly explained to him and his wife that the property wasn't available, refunded their money instantly and contacted VRBO to resolve. My cleaners went out of their way to find them another house to rent that day and VRBO gave them a free night in a hotel. While it is out of my power to give Chris a home that is not available, me and my crew did do everything in our power to help them find a place to stay and get them a full refund although there was no gratitude on their part and all we got in return was threatenings of legal recourse. No host should have to deal with issues stemming from a broken platform that books, takes money and then fails to notify the host of the booking. Furthermore, while VRBO acknowledged that they made a mistake, they gave no indication if they resolved the issue on their platform. I also don't understand how this

NMB is always a great place to relax and play anytime of the year.
