Come experience the charm of New Orleans like a local at this beautifully renovated 6 bedroom DUPLEX in Mid City. Perfectly located 1.5 miles from the French Quarter and Superdome, steps away from the streetcar that can access Downtown in one way and City Park and the Fairgrounds (1.2 miles) the other way. The home is near countless restaurants, museums, bars and the world famous French Quarter. This spacious 6 bedroom, 4 bath home can comfortably sleep 16 guest and is perfect for all travelers

The home is newly renovated and decorated. The kitchen features an extra large refrigerator, gas stove, electric dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans, and various accessories.

The backyard features outdoor furniture for relaxing in the morning while enjoying your coffee, tea or breakfast. The front porch offers a swing to take in the fun days activities.

In the living rooms are 55" HD smart TVs with a Roku for you to access your favorite apps. There is high speed internet (wifi) and a brand new washer/dryer in the backroom.

The bedrooms all feature high quality mattresses and hotel style luxury sheets. All bedrooms are equipped with 42" HD smart TVs with Rokus.

The bedrooms are equipped for the following sleeping arrangements: 2 king beds in the master bedrooms "Green" and "Prince" room, 2 queen beds in the "Purple" and "Nicholas Cage" room, and 4 full size beds in the "Peach" rooms.

Parking: There is street parking in front of the house.

Upon booking, we require a photo copy of the lead guest's driver's license which matches the credit card used to book.

Absolutely NO noise after 10pm outside, we do not allow parties or gatherings of any kind at the house. Please be respectful.

We have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old to be able to book the property.
