This Saddlewood townhouse boasts a prime and unbeatable location near the slopes of the renowned Breckenridge Ski Resort and all of its wonders. Main Street and all of its fantastic restaurants, shops, and stores are within a mile as well as Escape Room Breckenridge and BreckConnect Gondola. A bit further than a mile from your doorstep are Carter Park and Pavilion, Stephen C West Ice Arena, and Breckenridge Stables.
This mountain-view Saddlewood townhouse has lovely furnishings throughout and everything you could possibly need for a breezy and carefree stay. Snuggle up in front of the rock gas fireplace and watch an entertaining show on the TV. When mealtime comes, you can choose to dine at any of the thousands of restaurants available in downtown Breckenridge or you might as well surprise your beloved group with a homemade meal or a barbecue using the gas BBQ available on the balcony. There is a separate family room with its own TV/VCR for added entertainment and convenience. The primary bedroom has a nice en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and a large walk-in closet. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great stay in at this condo in Breckenridge. Loved the 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms as well as a lounge area with pullout couch. The washer and dryer were nice. We liked the private hot tub. Easy access to the Snowflake Lift for ski out. Convenient return (ski in) with Snowflake trail, but it did have some flat areas requiring some effort. The kitchen was small, but functional with coffee pot ant dishwasher. Nice open gathering area. Would definitely recommend!!
My only complaint is that someone came in while we were out and locked the deadbolt so we couldn’t get in! Had to call and get the garage code but never got an answer to who or why someone came in and locked the door.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!
The best thing about this property is its location to the slopes. Just a few short steps to the Snowflake Run and you are on the trails! It was so nice walking out the front door and not having to get in the car and drive to a parking lot, etc. It is also very close to town so you are not far from anything you might need. Be prepared - this really isnt a place to stay if you are wanting to cook your meals. The kitchen is TINY. There is only room for 1 person in the "kitchen" at one time. And there are absolutely no existing condiments or spices. But other than that - the location was perfect and the house was clean. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
The location is great for skiing and the hottub was clean and hot.Front door code did not work at check in but otherwise everything else went smoothly.
