2 level townhome. First level entry has garage, kitchen, living room, dining area, cozy living room with fireplace. Lower level bedroom has king bed. Full hall bath (shared with downstairs bedroom).
Upstairs primary bedroom has queen bed and private bath with double vanity. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Loft space has twin/twin bunks and a single twin bed. Full hall bath.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
